The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good. The hotel said they had laundry facilities (which is why we choose it - they did not). Our friend's rooms did not have these issues and one even had a washer in it so we all used that one. The bed was comfortable.

Cuando contrate el servicio me mencionaron que el mismo incluye desayuno pero no menciona que para tomar el mismo debo ir a otro establecimiento que queda a una cuadra de donde me hospedo. Por otro lado el departamento que me toco no esta en buen estado sobre todo el baño que tenia ceramicos y azulejos rotos, una noche me corte la pierna mientras me bañaba. Hace mencion a un sofa cama, el cual no se puede dormir porque no es mullido el colchon. No recomiendo este lugar. Deje un reclamo por escrito de todo lo sucedido.

I would not recommend making a reservation. I made a reservation for a small apartment with a kitchenette. We were moved to a different building and it was strictly a room - no kitchenette. No one asked me if I wanted to be moved or explained why. We were there to visit family in a difficult time and I did not need to expend energy on the hotel. But I would not go back - we did not get what we made a reservation for and that's unacceptable!

A localização é ótima, bairro agradável, excelente opção para viajem em família, pois os quartos possuem cozinha e as instalações em ambientes separados (quarto casal e sofá-cama na sala). Café da manhã excelente. Deixa um pouco a desejar na limpeza, mas nada prejudicial.

Os pontos positivos do Hotel são a excelente localização e o café da manhã que é muito bom. O que não me agradou é que eles tem vários prédios na redondeza e o que eu fiquei não corresponde a foto que é colocada na propaganda além do fato de que o prédio que eu fiquei não tem piscina nem academia e isso deveria ficar claro visto que a infra-estrutura dos prédios não se equivale. Quando faço a escolha de um hotel eu considero vários itens e optei por este pois me parecia ser do mesmo nível de outros em termos de infra-estrutura o que acabou não acontecendo. Especificamente neste prédio que eu fiquei na Rua Versalles que é o mais antigo deles o banheiro é muito pequeno e a cama para quem não gosta de colchão muito macio não é legal.
