酒店地理位置非常方便，马路对面就是中国美术馆地铁站，步行也可到达王府井商圈。我这次预订的是两张特大单人床的房间，登记入住时酒店前台已经免费为我们升级了房间至景观相对开阳的高层同房型。房间很宽敞，但是由于我们一行三人入住，房间的浴缸占据了一部分洗手台的位置使用起来有些狭窄不便，便询问是否有其它房型可以更换，在此要特别感谢前台的刘明扬先生，非常热情耐心地带我参观了几个不同房型，最后终于换到一间满意的房间并圆满解决了我的烦恼。

店员大致上有礼貌，房间整洁，这个有些遗憾。客房服务员做事也快，设计上如果洗手间浴缸多番一道门而不是共用一道门会更好。住宿第三天的晚上，浴室去水位置淤塞，水流至客厅地扳，要请酒店职员清理渗出客厅的水，这个有些遗憾。楼下嘉禾餐厅出品不错。

大致上都滿意住宿，酒店很大，一進酒店時感覺良好和舒服，地方也乾淨。地理位置理想，附近都是一些名勝古蹟，到故宮，天安門，景山公園都十分近，我們都是騎車過去的。
房間清潔和餐廳服務員態度都十分良好，友善親切，但是前臺的工作人員態度比較冷淡，比較獨自做自己的工作。
酒店沒有冷氣和抽風系統提供，天氣雖然早晚比較涼，但是下午的時間如果待在房裏就十分悶焗，不太習慣。向酒店反映，他們說中央冷氣關掉了他們也沒有辦法，祇有提供小型的送濕機 冷氣機。抽風系統也沒有，去完洗手間後房內空氣比較混濁。
之前在電郵通知過他們，在前台向酒店表示是結婚週年紀念，但是他們一些表示和小小的佈置都沒有，有些失望。

A superb two-night stay at the PuXuan hotel. Extremely smooth check-in and the service was phenomenal, from staff at the main lobby to in-room service.
Was delighted to see how staff were very attentive to detail, especially room make-up service! Last but not least, we made two simple requests prior to check-in and the staff went way beyond our expectation and delivered both requests!

Recomendable. La mejor ubicación. Limpieza, acogedor, buen gusto en la decoración. Botellas de agua en la habitación diario ponían bastantes. La mayoría de las atracciones turísticas quedan a pie. Solo hay que estar atentos a la hora del desayuno, no pasar de la hora indicada, llegué un poco después y el mesero muy grosero dijo que ya no había nada, entiendo eso, pero es la manera en dirigirse hacia al huésped que debe ser en primer lugar. No de una forma grosera.
