We stayed here 6 nights for a family holiday. We went for breakfast at the hotel’s Mondo restaurant and was greeted by a very rude manager. Her attitude was pushy, impolite and treated the guests badly, she just tries to get people to eat and leave as if she is operating a hawker stall. We reported this to the front desk and there were no follow up. We refuse to eat at the hotel for the remainder of the trip… meanwhile don’t expect any greeting when you are in the hotel. We wanted to arrange a taxi at the 70/F lobby and they make you to go all the way down to the 1/F to arrange… when we arrived and ask the manager, she just point us to one of the bell boy… all the while without asking us where we want to go… zero communication or smile… on the last day, one of the glass lamp casings in the bathroom fell and broke into pieces… my child was brushing teeth and almost got hurt. It’s a disappointing experience and we won’t go to this hotel in the future.

The F&B service is a disaster, especially the Mondo breakfast outlet. The manager there was rude and make the whole experience a disaster. 早餐服务很差，经理的态度很有问题，如果想有较好的体验就不要在酒店用餐。

很高级舒适的酒店
房间设计很好，很少这么高层的地方住过。
只是入住时候因为假日第一天人太多，等待了一个小时影响了一开始的感觉，但是前台接待尽力给我们安排了，美中不足的就是入住，人多可以提前和大家确认各自的到达时间啊，可以提前安排的啊？希望酒店是否能改进下次我们再来体验，整体很舒服

酒店前台服務質素逹標準，但房間設施，用品，床墊等等也不能另人滿意，連洗手間燈光也有光有暗，水龍頭可以緊到開不到，沐浴用品也少到好像分配一樣，房間窗門風景很美，可惜窗玻璃很多污糟，大打折扣，以這酒店品牌來說，失望至極⋯⋯
