酒店位置很好，离北京南站，地铁都很近，在长安街边上，房间足够大，卫生间干净，早餐很丰富。
不足之处在于地下停车场，停车场太矮，各种水管，保安也没有提醒害我倒车入库时撞在上方的管道。

离地铁站宣武门站400-500米远，附近有超市，对面有吃的，还有公交车站。离西单商业圈很近，穿过长安街就到了。
酒店的早餐还不错，住的外国人比较多。点过一次晚间送餐，牛肉汉堡，非常棒！

時常到北京出差，以北京在地的四星級酒店而言，意外地發現這家的性價比頗高！
位於宣武門附近交通很方便，環境卻不會太吵雜。前台服務極佳，升等的房間很乾淨，床也舒適。下次到北京西單附近出差仍會選擇這家。

清潔度還ok，床鋪也挺舒服，除了有菸味之外整體感覺還不錯。
大廳和餐廳服務人員很親切，飯店離地鐵站和公車站都很近，算是滿推薦的一間旅館。

位處西單, 走數分鐘便到西單地鐵站, 步行去大悅城只需15分鐘左右, 步行往天安門需要大約35分鐘, 我嘗試步行前往, 但酒店附近便沒有什麼吃的買的, 最近要走去大悅城, 這較為不便。

當退房離開酒店時，大堂經理很友善有禮並主動問我要去哪裡是否需要出租車，還幫忙預訂出租車前來酒店，當車到達時便主動幫我提取行李放上車。

I've two comments:
1. In general, the hotel is in good location and services, However, on my last night staying in the hotel, the bathing towel contains smoking smell.
2. This is not about the hotel, it's about Hotel.com. I got an e-receipt for this booking but I need an invoice for reimbursement from my company as this was a business trip. I had requested your hotline twice, both in Beijing and in Hong Kong for an invoice but failed. This made me very frustrated because I can not reimburse hotel expenses from my company. I understood your company has procedures but it must be flexible. If I cannot obtain an invoice for my recent stay in this hotel, I'll consider hotel booking from other websites in future.
