裝潢新，房間隔音超爛，能聽到隔壁聊天內容，常有煙味。房間能看到部分鳥巢。

怎么说呢，前台很好，酒店比较旧了，周边呢，根本没有其他餐厅，熨斗也不是每个房间一个，如果一定要住，也可以，不过就觉得还好吧

員工很有禮貌，辦事速度也挺高。這是我印象比較深刻的地方。房間也很舒適。酒店的自助早餐種類蠻多，可是味道可以更好。

The reception gave me the room at the lowest level when checking-in noon time. That room's window is blocked by the conditioner on the roof of the other part of the building. I had to request to change to another room. It is hardly for me to believe that there were 7-8 mosquito on the ceiling or curtain and I had to request to change room again!!! The third room still has one mosquito on the ceiling. I'm angry for 2 things. One is that the lowest level's room should not treat as superior room. I paid the FIT rate which is surely higher than the group booking rate. How can the hotel try to occupy it in this way? The second issue is the hygiene of this 4-star hotel. Shame!!!

My stay has been pleasant and it has TGIF restaurant which serves excellent ribs. Also a famous Japanese Crab restaurant just across the street.

定了套房，房间挺大的，窗外就是鸟巢。早餐很好，服务也好。离商场和地铁要步行走15分钟的距离，总体很满意。

冰箱說只能保鮮無法保冷...但是又沒有電源線...浴簾有發霉的狀況...

为了跑马才来住的

非常不好的体验，一共预定了四晚，住了一晚就退房了。不可以退款但还是果断退房，我希望以后可以有个住户体验然后决定是否可以给退款因为真的太差了。check in的时候说我没有预定然后查询了半个小时结果是酒店的写错名字才没有查到我们的预定，住了一晚，地毯都是脏的，门也锁不上，房间有烟味，卫生间也脏的。非常差的体验。

酒店位於鳥巢，水立方旁邊，但臨離地鐵站比較遠，步行要15/-20分鐘，酒店員工很有禮貌，會耐心聽取你的意見.今次住特大雙人床房，房很大，和比較新，整體上還可以吧！

離鳥巢和國際會議中心很近,但附近很少商城。房間還算乾淨而且個人用品齊全，服務員都很親切。

飯店外觀高級櫃檯服務不佳可是禮賓部人員服務極好 與訂房網站連結極差櫃台無法找出已付款訂單使我們差點無法入住 硬體設施小有瑕疵像是吹風機壞掉燈不亮等

很温馨很周到

整體而言飯店是不錯的，唯一特別需要加強的是，浴室的清潔不佳，角落有發霉。 以商務旅館而言還行，但是對於這樣的房價，應該有更好的清潔度。

Near Beijing National Stadium, good view. 10 minutes walking distance to a shopping mall. 15 minutes to the subway station.

雨夜下步過鳥巢和水立方，值得回味。

I stayed there for 6 nights to attend a conference at CNCC. Upon check-in, I was told that the hotel could not find my booking which I had fully paid for online. I showed the staff my printed booking confirmation, but he just told me to call the hotels.com hotline myself as if their hotel has nothing to do with it. Fortunately a hotels.com hotline staff, Ms Carrie, picked up my call promptly and helped resolve the issue, which is a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel, within 10 minutes. The hotel location was just ok if you are attending an event at the convention centres nearby. It is next to the bird's nest, and is 10-15 minutes walk to everything else. During my stay, there were construction works in the main entrance area which makes the hotel looks so worn. The room was ok. I do like the bed though as it is a king size comfortable bed. I could see quite a lot of dust near the wardrobe area and one night there was a little bug on the floor. Housekeeping was ok otherwise, except for one day when a used coffee stirrer was not washed and was left in the mini bar table. I will likely not stay there again in the future.
