杭州西湖越上雲舍精品民宿

lovely little cabin by the west lake, everything is easy to get to, breakfast was great, staff were nice and welcoming

抵達民宿時，民宿員工很熱情的招呼，很有溫度的一間民宿。

民宿地點可步行至西湖邊,又離靈隱寺近,不受上下山塞車之苦.步行1分鐘有2間不錯的餐廳.民宿服務很好,房間有點小但乾淨舒適,又在山中空氣好,開窗睡覺非常舒服,民宿所在地是透天社區.

첫 대면에서 건네는 인사가 기분을 좋게 했고, 편안한 분위기를 만들어주는 주인분이 좋았습니다. 방 크기는 큰 편은 아니었지만 적당했고, 대규모 호텔의 상습적인 분위기가 아니어서 더 마음에 들었다. 1층에는 카운터와 대형 테이블이 카페 분위기로 잘 배치되어있고 객실은 2층과 3층에 있다. 주인분의 열정적인 환대와 친근감이 기억에 남는다.

如果想放鬆自己，這裏是個好地方，環境非常清幽舒服，魚與熊掌，位置當然相對而言沒有那麼方便

特别棒的体验！ 我感觉像回到了家里。这里有绿豆汤，今天老板给2位阿姨犒劳，正好中午我也回来了他们就喊我一起吃饭。

酒店員工親切有禮，會主動幫忙，也很建談 酒店有提供自家做的西湖地圖，很方便游玩用 酒店位置交通方面差了一點，附近只有一條公交路線，出入要自己有車會方便一點，但晚上就相對寧靜很多，要是會再到杭州西湖游玩，都會再選擇入住

民宿在靠近湖畔大學，走路就可以到了~走道花港觀魚也只需要大約5分鐘不到，從花港觀魚進去，就可以直接到蘇堤非常方便，距離雷峰塔也不遠，總體來說民宿的地理位置非常好 ! 民宿裡的裝潢走簡單原木風，簡單高雅非常舒服，房間的沐浴用品也很好用，床也很好睡，如果冬天來的話，櫃子裡還有毛毯可以用~真的超級貼心的，後來聽老闆說，幾乎每間房型都有地暖，老闆的用心在這裡就可以看見，還有外加的早餐，是阿姨每天早上親手做的，有粥饅頭蛋餅還有水果，咖啡還有豆漿可以自行取用~雖然簡單，但是我認為很好吃，健康又養生，晚上前台哥哥還會燉甜湯免費提供給房客，住在這裡的每個晚上，從西湖回來就可以有一碗熱呼呼的甜湯可以享用，真的比什麼都還幸福 ! 老闆和前台哥哥姊姊都很熱情~人也都超級好的 ! 除了好的住宿經驗之外，這次來杭州讓我最開心的就是認識了這群溫暖的哥哥姊姊，住在這裡就像是住在自己的家一樣，很溫暖 ! 下次若還有機會來杭州，一定會再來住的。

I had a wonderful week long stay, relaxing from a long trip, doing some research and exploring world famous West Lake. The park and pavilions are reminiscent of “Old China.” All less than a beautiful ten minute stroll away! The staff is extraordinary!!! Friendly, helpful, concerned about your stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We liked their free evening dessert and tea.

Hotel was extremely homely and welcoming, just as the staff and owner were. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of town to get an experience closer to “locals”, and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was clean, and I got a better night’s sleep here than our last stop in a big hotel. It’s so cosy, and the breakfast also deserves a mention; very healthy and tasty. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

部屋はとても清潔で快適、スタッフも親切(英語が話せる方もいました) 朝ごはんは麺お粥肉まん餡饅などの主食二つ+卵+フルーツ 場所は商店街エリアからは離れているが、西湖周辺でも景色抜群のエリアにあるので景色観賞には最高の立地

We are absolutely delighted with our stay at this boutique hotel! The location is perfect with a 10 minute walk to the lake. There are many cute coffee shops or tea houses in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. When we arrived, they welcomed us with a hot tea. It felt like we were not in a hotel. Everything was clean and the interior of the hotel was charming on its own. Without any doubts we can admit it was our best stay in China. We would recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing, homey, independent hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. But you need to know this isn’t a big hotel. It’s like a house been broken up into little rooms with ensuites. Room are small but did the trick. Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. Which wasn’t a problem but just letting people know. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. Location was amazing.
