Clean and cozy environment, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel location is near MTR station (沙河站）, line 6. The quality of breakfast is above my expectations.

We booked for our 2days canton fair trip. Service was nice and professional, rooms were nice and clean, breakfast choice is good, and there is shuttle bus to canton fair which is convenient.

預訂的時候是兩大一小，並列明小孩年紀，如實報告，亦已付費吃早餐，check in時前台職員說早餐只有兩大人，小童超過120cm要另付成人費用。在平台訂購時沒列明這個限制，沒有想過付了費卻只有部分人可吃早餐。酒店說是他們的條款，但平台沒有列明。幾經交涉才讓三人都可吃早餐，但好心情已蕩然無存了。住過世界各地不同知名品牌酒店，從未遇過以上情況。酒店說早餐每位RMB120，真心不值，跟喜來登等相比，高下立見。（與喜來登比較因為我上一個假期就住喜來登）

12月26日很早就到了酒店，但还是被一个拉长脸的女前台安排到紧挨着员工电梯的房间，每天早晨8点被吵醒，一直到晚上12点多才能安静下来。以后不会再定这个酒店，也不会推荐其他人来。除非这种服务差的员工被替换掉。

新開幕的酒店、能感受到環境設施都很新穎、床很舒服、 盥洗用具用的不錯而且天天都補、服務很不錯。 唯一美中不足是、入住期間天天氣溫都20度上下、中央控制送暖、沒辦法開空調房間真的有點悶。

It’s the third time we stay at this hotel for the Cantón Fair. It’s not very conveniently located as there are very few places in walking distance. But it’s a nice, affordable and sure place to stay.
It’s about 30 to 45 minutes away from the fair, but there’s a shuttle bus to take you back and forth.
Otherwise we move a lot using Didi and visiting Tianhe area with many dining and shopping options, relatively close.

Location not far from city centre, however the traffic is bad in Guangzhou during the trade fair.
