入住和退房都非常有效率，而且态度很好。地点很方便，靠近广州东站

Breakfast is terrible. Chicken is overcooked Wrap is too salty Bread is not fresh Noodles is bad - broth has no flavot Chiang fen - way worse than those little street stores, despite freshly cooked

Helpful staff, but some issues with bed comfort and breakfast crowds The mattress in our Double Room was soft and had a noticeable dip on one side, if you prefer a firm bed, this might not be for you. However, the staff was very accommodating and helped us change room. Regarding breakfast, it was quite chaotic on one of the days due to a large tour group. The restaurant was very noisy and they even ran out of clean plates, which made for a disappointing dining experience.

出差習慣住的酒店，房間很舒服，服務也非常到位

The room is clean n tidy. Tge maid has very good service n give us extra water n tea bags. We are particular imprseeive with a bell boy Mr Tin Wai from Conciage who was very patient in guiding in using the book cab App. He even helped us to save a route that we plan to go. Please share my comments with Hotel management. Overall a good experience staying here. But there was no shops and restaurant around here.

The front desk staff is very helpful. Very cozy room and nice bed. Also a very good location for me to walk to the mall.

Too far away from public transport. Taxi is the only convenient way of access especially for those have seniors or children.

房間是整潔的，但硬件比較舊，淋浴水壓不足，空調調教不穩定，床褥比較軟。 Mini bar的汽水，首輪是免費提供的。 職員方面，每人都有禮，有查詢亦主動幫助。

前台check in時間較長。房間裝修有點舊，但可以接受，最不能接受是沐浴時淋浴間的水嚴重外滲出浴室，每次沐浴後都要抹地。

環境很好
