The room exceeded my expectations! It is very spacious, beautifully designed, and definitely value for money. The location is also excellent, just a short walk to the subway station which makes traveling around Beijing super convenient.
I especially love how big and classic the room feels, it gave me such a comfortable and memorable stay. I would 100% book this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing!

I surely admire Mr Roddick in the reception, he was gentle, handful and very polite with us and helped us a lot since we don't speak Chinese ! Very comfy place to spend a long time and even short period it was exceptional place with exceptional receptionist.

非常好，已经是第三次入住了。并且因为之前酒店空调问题，所以酒店方表示歉意免费升房。非常高兴，环境景观真是一流无敌。套房落地窗前270度景色和40楼的高度尽收眼底，太爽了。不错，还会入住的。继续支持，一如既往的好！

酒店房間冷氣確實唔夠，不過酒店員工很熱心解決問題，值得一讚！
冲涼水壓唔太夠，
房間之浴室有一些小蟲，
但是酒店員工真的很熱心，
令我加了印象分。
早餐就5天都一樣，不過不失。
酒店地區算方便，旁邊已經有一個購物中心，
如果想去王府井就大概坐50蚊didi就到。

The receptionist assigned me and my colleague to two rooms with disabled bathroom facilities. The overall accommodation experience is not comfortable:
1. The light in bathroom is too white, creating a weird atmosphere.
2. The water tape sometimes kept running automatically at my colleague’s room at midnight even no one approached it.
3. Water would come out from the bathing area easily due to no concrete separation and the weak drainage system.
4. Asked for an iPhone cable at night and in the morning. However, the receptionist replied no inventory as all had been out for guests.
