All staffs are very nice and helpful. It's cosy room, very comfortable, near the MTR station and lots of restaurants nearby, a good place to stay with

It is located near to some major and large shopping malls, and there is a convenience store located at the ground floor of the hotel. It is super convenience and the hotel room is very clean, tidy, comfortable and large. The staff is very polite and speak in good English. If you travel from the airport, you can take the public bus directly from the airport to the hotel.

員工服務貼心，無論是前台或樓層的酒店職員也很熱心服務客人。
前台的男職員很細心解釋我想去的地方（德國風情街），感受到他非常熱心幫助客人找到景點，解釋得非常詳盡。
另有前台的女職員細心教我如何到郵局，還附上地圖解釋，令我容易找到目的地。
房間的服務員李小姐細心清理客房，每天也送上飲料或小點心，令我更窩心的是看到她親手寫上小便條。首次看到職員會親手撰寫字條給客人，很驚喜﹗
感謝Gina在我離開青島前的最後一晚送上地道飲品，我帶了回香港與家人分享，感謝你的貼心。

十分之差的住宿體驗，咁大集團，居然不開中央空調。每晚都要到大堂同經理理論才開但又會隨時再關，半夜熱醒又要再落大堂搵經理，而洒店經理表示無可能24小時提供空調！
房間污穢，窗台佈滿灰塵，雪櫃有異味，洗漱用品每天都要打去前台要求才會補充一個。
總括而言，這次入住令我難以入睡，整個旅程無精打采。
以後不會選擇假日集團
