酒店位于海边，走路两分钟就能到沙滩上，不过青岛的海滩全部是公共海滩，住这儿也没法享受私家海滩。酒店的设施就是一般五星级酒店具备的，健身房和室内泳池免费试用。床品还是很舒服的。至于海景房，我只能说呵呵，我们订了一间海景房和一间凯悦客房，除了楼层不一样，房间的景致都是差不多的，都没法从窗户直接看到海，只能从窗户的一侧看到海，凯悦客房也可以。而海景房比凯悦客房要贵上三百多，这还是非旺季的差价，真心没必要。酒店离青岛市中心的景点略远，不过青岛打车很便宜，倒也还行。

This is a great hotel. On the water. Close to many things. The room was great with a wonderful view. Buy the breakfast and get the club floor as there is a great buffet at both the breakfast restaurant and the club lounge. Only issue was that they don’t turn on the ac until later in the year (which seems to be the norm in China) so my room was often 26 or 27 degrees Celsius.

Good location, direct beach access, spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, front-desk was mechanical-like response and I didn't feel heartwarming welcome from the staff. It might depend on the staff so I can't say that is the entire impression of the hotel. In the end, this hotel offers a good value for the price so I would go back again.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, the hotel condition was very good, spacious and confortable. Hotel staff were fast and efficient. The only pity is that I visited in February, it would have been much nicer during summer time, since they have a direct access to the beach. Hopefully I can go back again in the summer.
