地理位置超级好，步行即可到达南京东路和南京西路。地铁就在酒店门口。服务很棒，房间也很干净舒适

This hotel, despite being in a historical building represents outstanding value for money. The rooms are generous size with high ceilings. The furniture is solid, despite showing its age. The bathrooms (I stayed at this hotel more than once) have been renovated and are up to standard in functionality and cleanliness, so is the bed linen. Rooms are restocked with bottled water daily, the buffet breakfast is like AUD$12 per day and represents outstanding value IMO. The hotel is literally across the road from exit 8 of People's Square, line 2, the very heart of Shanghai tourist district (Nanjing Rd) the line 2 connects directly to both airports Hongqiao and Pudong, so really it's hard to ask for more. Hilton it ain't but neither is the price charged. Would I stay there again? Most definitely (already have).

地理位置優越，地鐵2號線人民廣場8號出口過馬路就係了。而且買食逛都好方便，人民廣場地下亦有多個商店。很喜歡酒店古色古香，但設備都齊全，房內有USB充電位，廁所是智能板。升降機也不用等太久。未到check in時間已經可以攞到房，很好！

very good location, close to subway, at the heart of shanghai, and the rate is fair, I think I gonna take this hotel for my business trip in shanghai in the future, really convicent.

以前曾住过这間洒店，但這次体驗很差，只有位置便利，出行及食飯方便，訂了三晚高級双床房，酒店給了最低層，有窗等於没窗的尾房，有一天被套还发現有污漬，估計都不会再住这間酒店了。

位置非常好，門口就是人民廣場地鐵站，交通非常便利，四周很多美食，南京步行街就在隔壁。但是廣場每晚都有很大聲的卡拉OK 跳廣場舞， 到晚上十點左右

Generally, it is ok because it is close to the metro. And there are a lot to see in the neighborhood. For our room, the floor is sticky when I had my bare feet on the floor. I saw a gum thing on the floor. Then I have to put on slippers. Window was open but we didn't notice. Then we saw a mosquito in the room. One more thing we expect the hotel can provide is - internet TV. The current TV can't connect wifi, so we couldn't enjoy any programm when we were resting in the room.

櫃台人員的的服務態度不是很優 反而是幫忙寄放行李的人員服務很棒 還幫忙訂回程的機場接送 飯店有歷史 房間很大但有點舊了 地點離地鐵站與南京東路步行街很近 旁邊就是人民廣場 黃河路上有很多餐廳與店家 是個地點取勝的飯店 下次會考慮入住隔壁的麗笙酒店

原來金門大酒店對一個老上海人來説，是心目中的高大上，沒有想到現在的金門大酒店，第一：服務人員態度差，不專業，更不用説微笑細微的服務，完全不能與那些外資酒店相比。第二：酒店臟得惡心，衛生間澡盆周邊的墻縫和防滑橡膠毯上長滿黑黑的黴菌，可怕！！！地段這麽好，硬件也不錯的百年老酒店淪落到這種地步，不得不説國企的悲哀，酒店的經理，客房部的經理，你們在幹什麽？不能親自去客房，前臺看看嗎？就心甘情願的讓這百年老酒店淪落到臟，差的三星酒店？反思一下吧！！！！！

我住在舊翼，2樓沒有電梯，需要行一層樓梯。 地點不錯，可步行40分鐘到外灘。 不過房間好像沒有暖氣。 I stayed in the 2nd floor of old wings for 2 nights, there is no escalator . The room is overall clean n tidy, but i thInk there is no heater in the room. Walking distant to the bund, around 45 mins.
