To get to Kuntai Hotel is a little bit difficult coming from the airport because of it being such a new (less than 6 months old) hotel. Nonetheless the installations are amazing, amazing, rooms are super modern (as modern as any 5 star Paris hotel) and people are super super courteous. Also, taxis are really scarce (again because its a new hotel) but Concierge and Bellboys will look for taxis, hence, no problema and in the worst case scenario event the Assistant Hotel Manager can take you to the Airport if you happened not of find a taxi at 12am in the morning. Therefore, everyone, literally everyone go a mega extra mile to provide a great stay at this 6 star hotel (did i mention the pool and great gym?).

酒店地點在望京比較偏僻的地方，周圍比較荒涼，最大的優點可能就是里旁邊的科技園區近吧。去吃飯都基本要打車才可以。酒店屬於五星級，房間裝修尚可，硬件設施中規中矩，入住體驗算舒適但無太大亮點。

You have to take taxi whenever you need to go out, for dinner, shopping, lunch or even the nearest Station.
But the Hotel facilities is great, the room is clean and big. Comfortable, and you can also do some exercise, like GYM, or Swim. If you just want to stay at a comfortable hotel, that will be good. Don't forget to book the Buffet breakfast as well.

could not find my booking. had me wait 2 hours at the lobby and on the phone with Hotels.com. Neither party would cancel and refund me after the 2 hour wait. became very angry and annoyed with the customer service and how they handled the situation. will never use Hotels.com again.

The hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room and it was clean. I think the hotel may allow smoking in the rooms (I actually didn’t ask for one but should have in hindsight) and you can certainly smell it in the rooms. Hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room. The staff is kind and courteous. No issues really except that it looks as if it could use some fixing up due to wear and tear. Overall I would stay there again as its location is very convenient to a number of tech companies there.

The major issue with yhis hotel is the lack of English speaking employees. While I do not expect evrry employee to spesk Enhlish, it would be helpful if more than 1 did. The facilities were nice, clesn and well kept.
