Very clean and comfortable room. The staff are friendly and supportive. A wide variety of breakfast buffet allows you to pick Chinese, Western and Japanese styles as you like. The room charge is amazingly reasonable if you think of the quality you can enjoy at this 5-star hotel located in the Shanghai city centre.

Stayed one nite for an onward going trip. Should be entitled to room upgrade and complimentary access to gym/ pool but the reception staff never mentioned. She’s not enthusiastic at all and just wanna finish my registration. Not even telling me where to access the lift. Very disappointing service.

water pressure is too low, and each room is different. Known as the problem of aerator, requested to change a high GPM one, but never had that being done. The toilet is Japanese style, looks fancy with ass-washer, but this is not everyone’s favorite. Jap-ass may like it, but that cannot represents other people. Shanghai’s summer is very hot and humid, but the hotel supplies a big quilter only, no other choices.
