Very good，good service and nice staff

房間大，櫃檯人員有些冷漠，但很感謝離店時幫忙代叫去機場出租車的服務員大哥，用一個溫暖的笑容送我上車，算是劃上不錯的句點。

This hotel gave me a very unpleasant experience. After checking out, I called for a ride-hailing service. Since I had to wait for 12 minutes, I wanted to find a place to sit and wait. Incredibly, the vast hotel lobby had no sofas. Naturally, I looked for a table in the lobby about ten steps away. As soon as I sat down, a waiter came over with the menu. The waiter gave me a disdainful look, indicating that I had to order something, or else I had to leave. It's not like I couldn't afford a cup of coffee, it's just that the attitude of the waiter was really disgusting. When I went to the front desk to complain, they didn't seem to care either. This attitude simply does not treat guests staying at this hotel as guests. I stay at five-star hotels in Shanghai for one or two weeks almost every month. Since my company just moved nearby, I wanted to experience this hotel this time. The result is that even if other hotels are further away from my company, I will definitely not stay here unless absolutely necessary.

It's just good without doubt! I will definitely choose this hotel again if I could.

住宿地點環境舒適，離地鐵站不遠約10分鐘腳程。隔壁有一個商場，用餐很方便。唯一可惜的是商場的家樂福撤掉了。 另外行政樓層無法使用也是很可惜。 繳了房費還是要在一樓大廳及餐廳用餐， 應該在訂房時加註， 免得入住後才告知的困擾

Nice transport network. Good service.

電源插頭好舊。清潔房間後没添已經用完的街生紙及一般紙巾。前枱的職員不太友善，沒笑容。

如由蒲東机场坐的士來，要百多元，酒店舒適，有浴缸，每晚也可以放鬆心情浸-浸，好 寫意，工作人员有礼貌，牙刷要向前台取的。

房間很大，床很好睡，服務人員態度好，旁邊有家樂福，大馬路上還有一整排食店

非常满意

Booked the hotel for my parents who had to spend one night in Shanghai after sending my nieces back to California USA from Shanghai Pudong Airport and before they headed home in Jiangxi China. They really enjoyed their stay. The hotel was beautiful. Service was excellent in all respects. The breakfast was unbeatable. Would definitely consider it again if stay in the area again! Highly recommended!

整體不錯 就是遠了點

酒店位置極佳距離地鐵1號線或者是出租車服務都非常的便利。距離家樂福只有幾步之遙又有不同風味的美食樓層。隔條街也有傳統中國美食小吃。 飯店非常寬敞房間舒適乾淨，是出差旅遊很好的住宿地點。早餐種類繁多，物超所值。下次一樣還是會預定這家酒店

飯店整體服務很好,但大門口的地點標示不清,遠遠就可以看到飯店大樓名稱,但要繞一段道路才能到大門口,如搭地鐵來飯店,要走一段路

有车所以位置很方便，出门上高架就好。酒店职员很友好。房间比上海同价位酒店面积大一些。健身房卻算小。旁边就有超市和咖啡店和McDonald’s.如果喜欢购物或热闹点的，还是建议住人民广场那一块。
