房間好大，露台景觀開揚，好舒服，外出西街市中心有酒店車接送，都是5分鐘車程

Room is spacious with reasonable price. Although not in centre, the shuttle service is good enough. The front desk staff are excellent ! They all are very nice and give you valuable advice for your trip enquiry.

Everything there is good except the water pressure. Bkf is good and suggest u to pre order a night before. On 25/12 waiting time is quite long. Clean hotel with nice decor. Paul and his staff are very nice and responsive. Will stay again if i visit yangshuo again.

This hotel is new, the environment and facilities are really clean. Their restaurant is one of my favorites area, not only their breakfast is delicious but also the price is very reasonable, we utterly enjoyed and feasted on the beautiful scene. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The service is awesome, especially for the free shuttle bus from West Street.

It was an excellent experience with the stay, the hotel room is very nice and spacious. Well organized and layout was very modern. The hotel staffs were very professional and friendly, they offered all the help including coordinating a shuttle service in 3 am midnight to the sunrises. The hotel offers free shuttle pickup services to and from downtown YangShou and also arranging the airport shuttle services. the hotel size smaller than I expected, location is a bit inconvenient. some staff are really nice and helpful, the room is really clean and comfortable ,only the shampoo and shower gel is very bad quality. the swimming pool is small and the jacuzi is not available. food in the hotel is quite good , especially the Chinese food. But don't expect the western food is good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. English is well spoken, also. Peaceful surroundings, about a 20 minute walk from the restaurants and shops in the city center near the river.

We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary. They suggested us where to go, helped us booked tickets and transport. There was also free transport to/from Yangshuo city center. Overalls all the staffs were friendly, so helpful and able to speak English very well. If you download Wechat, they will help you even before your stay. The room we booked was the largest and it was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was included in our stay and we had a choice of Guilin noodles soup or western breakfast. There was also vegetarian options. They were delicious and cooked them fresh for you! We had a wonderful time staying here!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They accommodated us and pre packed breakfast for us when we needed to take our early train.
