令我有驚喜的客棧, 古色古香, 比我想像中的更美好.工作人員友善. 雖離西街近, 但郤很寧靜.客棧對面就是漓江.....環境優美.

整體都不錯，只是比較潮濕。

房間有點緊

我经常旅游。这次和太太在这客栈住了五天，不得不给最好的评价。我住在401房。房间的view非常的棒。看图片。留个在下的脚丫子躺在床上的照片，这个景观说有多棒就有多棒。客栈的服务生态度和蔼可亲，就像一家人。每天早上在此用餐，东西式都有，价格实惠。最重要的是客栈地点非常的棒，挨在西街的旁边，闹中取静，走路五分钟就有个local 市场，每天去买些水果，白桃，葡萄及荔枝，每斤才3-5元。简直太伐算了。下回再返阳朔，望江楼还是不二之选。唯一的遗憾是客栈没有电梯，每天要爬四楼，不过对我而言不是啥问题。各位订房时要考虑家人爬梯的能力了。

Basically the hotel was in charge to clean our clothes. They said that they took out clothes for a laundry company and in the end my I lost more than 200€ in clothes, because it shrink a lot. When I went to them with my clothes they said my clothes went to a lady to clean it manually. I felt betrayed to be honest and also I felt they didn’t respect my belongings. About the rest, the rooms was ok, no complains about it, the place also very good situated, but the rest made me do the check out one day before, because I felt very bad about the situation. And also in the day of the check out, they didn’t even look me in the eyes to ask apologies.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a nice river view. Only downside was the hallway and stairs had a really bad smell, which was disappointing. Great location and service otherwise.

Loved my stay there. There is no lift however a gentleman brought my suitcase to the flat so this did not bother me . The team there speak English . I was there only for 1 night and I came hungry and the lady had my noodle ready for me before I head out . They also arrange the airport shuttle for me .

漓江下りを終えて船着場から真っ直ぐ進んだ先の右手側にあります。一階は飲食店で、宿泊施設とは同じ経営です。 部屋は綺麗で不満に思うことはありませんでした。

Staff was efficient and keep in communication with me quickly for my inquiries. Check in was easy and fast. No elevator for the hotel as its only up to the 4th floor. No ref in room. Easy access to West street and coming in from the Li River Cruise from Guilin, didnt need a car to get here.

Comfortable room with nice mountain view and within walking distance to river and West Street restaurants and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, within 2-3 blocks walking distance from the dock from the Li river cruise! It’s located within easy walking distance to the Yangshuo West Street and Xijie pedestrian street. The bonus is the restaurant that is located on the main floor of the hotel - it’s known to be one of the best restaurants in the area and is always busy! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful (many of them speak very good English too). I appreciate the housekeeping staff who gave me extra vanity kits after realizing I like to have one extra, as well as the front desk staff who helped bring my very heavy luggage up the stairs! It is a little noisy with the restaurant below but the room is comfortable and quaint feeling. The room itself was clean and with working air conditioning. I absolutely love the tea room next to the window! I would stay here again next time im in Yangshuo!

excellent location at the end of the touristy West Street. The beautiful Li River is right in front of the hotel. It has its own restaurant on the ground floor that offered very very good food at a decent price. You may see lots of visitors came for dinner. It is always full. The restaurant closed at 9:30 and the whole hotel was very quiet. Highly recommended

Stayed there with my parents, 2 rooms across from each other. Very helpful and friendly staff, restaurant on first floor was very good. Getting massaged in the room was weird but the massage itself was great.

The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with everything we need, from booking tours, airport transfers, tips about the city, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very cozy and operates as a restaurant on the ground floor.
