The front desk is open daily from 6:30 AM - 2:00 AM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide a negative COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 1 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
