very comfortalbe hotel. The boss is super kind and speak English very well. The room is warm and comfortable. I come with a big bag of dirty clothes, they help to wash all clean in the laundry room at the top floor, it really gives me home feeling. They have good good coffee, nice American breakfast, this is really rare in Zhangjiaije. They give me free maps, and tell me all the details about the scenic spots, which makes my trip so easy and happy. I really highly recommend people to stay in this hotel. It is really fantastic.

This is a fantastic hotel, especially the boss Sean, is really a fantastic and handsome man. I arrived airport at almost 1am, Sean was wating for me in the arrival hall, very patient and kind. He speaks very good English.Their airport pick up is free, no matter how late or how early. I like the breakfast very much, healthy and tasty. also Sean books me the tickets for Tianmen mountain and Fox lady show. The seat for the fox lady show is really good, vip vip vip. I really enjoy the time in Zhangjiajie and the time in Hotel Califormnia.

I was there very little time, but it was very lovely. The people that run it were very nice. The room was a good size and comfortable. I booked it because it was close to the train station, but it was the wrong one. Still nice though

Very helpful owners, great room, though the bed was a bit hard. Location very close to a lot of restaurants and transportation, including the Tianmen Mountain cable car. Note: the hotel includes two properties a short walk from each other so it took a bit of sleuthing to find where to check in; the property with the front desk is “Hotel California.” The coordinates provided on Expedia also didn’t take us to the hotel; you need to head north, away from the police station and orthopedic hospital.

Would definitely recommend! The staff were amazing. Jerry provided great advice on how to experience the surrounding sites and also was very accommodating to anything that came up.

Hotel ótimo, com localização próxima as estações centrais de trem e de onibus. Os anfitriões falavam inglês, o que facilita bastante na China. O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e extremamente limpo. Os anfitriões prestaram todo auxílio necessário, sendo bastante atenciosos.

Der Besitzer der Unterkunft spricht Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und nur einigermaßen Sauber. Die Dusche ist direkt über dem WC. Das Toilettenpapier und die Seife waren bei Ankunft nicht aufgefüllt. Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig zur Tianmen Cable Car und zum Bus-/Zugbahnhof Die Mitarbeiter können bei der Beschaffung von Eintrittskarten behilflich sein (hatte ich meinem Fall aber leider nicht geklappt) Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste als auch draußen viel hören kann und das Bett war sehr hart. Für den Preis aber im normalen Verhältnis

The room my friend and I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Jerry was also very accomodating and helped my friend and I arrange various excursions around Zhangjiajie. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who wishes for friendly service and a stress free trip.

Perfect host, very attentive and nice guy/family who runs the hotel. Excellent air conditioning unit in the hot weather of these summer months, the only drawback is the lack of a ramp at the entrance of the hotel for those guests who are locomotion limited. The elevator worked just fine and the room is large enough to fit a wheelchair in.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is central and walkable distance to the central of the city. The room was cosy. I enjoyed my stay here.

L’hotel è certamente un po’ rustico e le stanze sono abbastanza piccole, ma comunque molto caratteristico. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza dello staff. Le due persone alla reception sono meravigliose, sorridenti e super disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa. Abbiamo solo fatto un po’ fatica a trovare l’hotel, poiché la posizione nelle mappe del sito Expedia è sbagliata, quindi attenzione!
