Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa. La atención del personal de recepción y restaurante deja mucho que desear: muestran total falta de interés por el cliente y, en el restaurante, incluso llegan a ser groseros. No resuelven problemas simples y presentan una actitud indiferente. Las sillas del restaurante tienen puntillas expuestas que pueden romper la ropa y lastimar la piel, lo que demuestra una grave falta de cuidado y seguridad.
Para empeorar la situación, la habitación se inundó debido a la falta de mantenimiento en las rejillas de la ducha y, en lugar de enviar personal de limpieza capacitado, mandaron al vigilante con una toalla para secar el agua. Esto evidencia cero compromiso con el bienestar del huésped. Al momento del check-out, el personal de recepción tampoco mostró la más mínima atención. Definitivamente, no recomendaría este lugar.

Viajamos a Medellín por una competencia deportiva de gimnasia y fue la mejor eleccion para hospedarnos en grupo. Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal fue excepcional y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos.
El desayuno buffet superó nuestras expectativas, muy completo y delicioso.
La ubicación es excelente, en una zona segura y tranquila, con centros comerciales y restaurantes a poca distancia caminando.
Sin duda volveremos. 100% recomendado!!

Me gustó mucho el hotel, está bien ubicado, mall Santa Fe y mall Oviedo prácticamente a la vuelta de la esquina, lo que mejoraría es el desayuno, todos los días es lo mismo y para las personas que van varios días se torna aburrido.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa.
