Habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El hotel queda unos 15 min del aeropuerto, pero el acceso es complicado ya que hay que pasar por un control de pasaporte que puede tardar fácilmente 10 min o más.

vi muchos comentarios y estuve tentada a no quedarme en el hotel, pero todo fue lo contrario, la comida muy buena, nos tocó desayun se y cenar y todo muy rico, la limpieza, la seguridad y la atención le doy un 10

when i arrived there was a dirty towel in the washroom, seems someone was using the room and left it there. i had booked this room one day early. so it should have been cleaned and available for me. the day before i checked out the room was not cleaned, i called the front desk and requested clean towels, they never arrived.

We stayed one night at this hotel during our transit between Ecuador and Colombia, and everything went very smoothly. The hotel is clean, secure, and perfectly suited for a short stay before catching a flight.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — nothing to complain about. Breakfast was excellent: generous and of great quality.
The only minor downside is that the hotel is located in a secured area, which can slightly delay access, especially for taxis. That said, it also ensures peace and safety, which we appreciated.
Overall, it’s a great option for a transit night. I definitely recommend it.
