Hotel muy bien situado, cercano a centros comerciales. Atención del personal amable. Áreas comunes acogedoras. Habitación cómoda y limpia, aunque la iluminación era escasa y diría que mal diseñada. El pasillo estaba mal insonorizado y tuve que dormir con tapones de oídos. El restaurante contaba con una excelente carta de bebidas y entradas, pero la de platos fuertes podría ser más amplia y variada.
Es un alojamiento que recomendaría.

He tenido la oportunidad de viajar por el mundo, pero nunca me había sentido tan bien atendida como en el Hotel Poblado Plaza. Desde el momento en que llegué, cada detalle reflejaba excelencia, calidez y profesionalismo.
Quiero destacar especialmente el trato amable y atento de Yadis en recepción, la impecable gestión de Lina Marcela en administración, y la dedicación de Pahola, la camarera, quien cuidó cada detalle durante nuestra estancia. También merecen un reconocimiento los meseros y botones, siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa y un servicio impecable.
El desayuno es delicioso, variado y servido con esmero. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. Y el room service… simplemente sin igual.
Un lugar que no solo recomiendo, sino al que sin duda volveré. ¡Gracias por hacer de esta estadía una experiencia tan especial!

The hotel is very conveniently located next to 2 shopping malls, Oviedo and Santafe. ALL staff members were very helpful, friendly, qualified and prompt in their service. Special small tokens, such as chocolate when beds were turned down, fruit dish, daily information on weather condition is something that is highly appreciated. Eventhough there was a small reconstruction to the front of the building, we did not experience any noise inconvenience. Last but certainly not least... their beds and especially the pillows are the best! Highly recommended and we would certainly repeat our stay!
