No me gustó la zona donde se encuentra, aunque tiene cercanía con el centro y buena conectividad de transporte. La zona es sucia y un tanto peligrosa. El hotel es un oasis en medio de una zona que no es agradable. El servicio y tato de los empleados increíble. La comida muy buena e higiénica. Lo recomiendo, con sus precauciones en la zona. Sí regresaría

The staff were excellent. From Joana and the other cleaning staff who kept the place sparkling to the kitchen and front desk staff.
Perfectly located in Bogota.
Only downside- if you need a transport, take an Uber, as they overpriced on the van to the airport.

Friendly, helpful staff. Felt safe and secure. Room was nice though small. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Walkable location to museums, plaza de bolivar, shops, etc.

Nos gustó que está céntrico, pero ya al oscurecer la zona es insegura.
El servicio la mayoría de las personas muy accesibles, te dan la facilidad de guardar maletas para que puedas ir a hacer cosas.
La comida muy buena pero no tienen variedad en el platillo y después del segundo día, comer lo mismo no es lo mismo.
Para el precio y la ubicación cumple perfectamente el objetivo, si vas a estar conociendo la ciudad, lo recomiendo

The hotel was good overall. We were able to walk to Plaza Bolívar, Monserrate, Chorro de Quevedo, and several other attractions. While the hotel could use a bit of TLC, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty and very convenient, making it easy to start our day. We arrived on a Saturday, and on Sunday the Mercado de las Pulgas (a kind of flea market) takes place on the same street. It made walking around a bit tricky, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Lugar razoável, a área do entorno é muito degradada, não me senti segura. O quarto que fiquei era horrível, pq a janela ficava em cima da cozinha e entrava todo cheiro do óleo no quarto. café da manhã era bom sem muitas variedades, tinha muitos pães, faltou algum doce.

Experiência satisfatória, equipe bem educada e cordial, boa limpeza e organização, mas tivemos muita dificuldade com o uso do chuveiro e a demora pra esquentar a água do banho. Além do desperdício, a temperatura oscilava muito e junto com a má ventilação do ambiente causou muito desconforto.
A localização do hotel, por ser em área bem central, deixa a desejar no quesito segurança. Durante o dia é tranquilo, mas é necessário manter atenção, os próprios funcionários alertam sobre uso de celular e cuidado com bolsas. A noite a sensação de insegurança é ainda maior, mesmo que não nos tenha acontecido nada.
