露雅別墅飯店

Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. Al estar sin luz por casi 12 horas la comida que teníamos en el refrigedor se puso mala. Claramente no había aire acondicionado y un ventilador y el hotel no contaba con tan siquiera luces de emergencia, todo era total oscuridad. Pasamos una noche terrible. Dejando de lado el tema de que no hubo electricidad, la piscina estaba sucia, el control remoto para abrir el porton no funcionaba, los paños estaban con manchas de cloro y amarillos. El baño solo cuenta con jabón para el cuerpo, por lo que asegurencen de llevar shampoo y demás. Esto se mencionaba estaba incluido pero no lo estuvo. No hay ni una raya de señal en la propiedad, si pasa algun accidente no hay manera de comunicarse. Comunicamos a administración nuestra incomodidad y solo mencionaron que no era culpa de ellos. En general, entendemos que la electricidad no dependa de la propiedad, pero como hotel deben tener plan A,B,C,D cuando estas dando este tipo de servicios no puedes dejar a tus huespedes sin luz por 12 horas. Además, la piscina y sus instalaciones sí dependen de ellos y estas estuvieron sucias en toda nuestra estadía.

Muy lindo el lugar muy tranquilo

Lua Villas was absolutely amazing for our week long stay! The kitchenette is well stocked with the cookware and dishware we needed to cook most evenings. We enjoyed the yoga studio and the pool daily and thought the location was perfect for what we wanted. Playa Hermosa Cóbano is a quiet and lovely community away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, but close enough for a jaunt into town if needed. The landscape and vegetation at Lua Villas is beautifully done to allow guests privacy and seclusion within the space. And we can't forget the staff. Everyone was so helpful and Julia, in particular, helped us with so many things. We'll be back and will plan to stay here again without hesitation!

Lua Villas is a small but lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave us many good tipps. Its close to a beautiful and quite beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lua Villas and the staff are wonderful! The beach is just a few minutes walk, and is truly magical, especially at sunset. It is also conveniently located walking distance to several excellent restaurants and a small supermarket. I highly recommend.

We were in the Amor Suite for 3 nights. Cons: We were attached the the office area and next to the surf boards. We were up every morning by 7AM do to banging and noises. Additionally, it was hard to sleep because the AC did not work longer than a couple of hours and it got very hot. Not to mention it dripped on our heads. Additionally, you were required to have it off all day, including the fan so we always came back to a very hot room. At one point when we returned from out day, they changed the gate code on us without an email or anything to let us know. There was "security" there to let us in after we knocked on the gate door , didnt ask for our name or any credentials and seemed skeptical to let us in and it was pouring rain. Then we had to literally shimmy our bodies between trees and a truck because they parked right in front of the access to our door and stayed like that until we had to check out, making it super difficult to get our bags or anything out of our room. Also, we were scared to use the towels because if they got dirty, we would be charged $30. Pros: The pool area is beautiful and they had alot of amenities like surf board rentals at a good price and yoga classes. They are also far away from the super busy part of Santa Teresa. Also they were very vlose to TP8 Pizza which we were able to walk to and it was delicious. Also they had a filtered water dispenser and recycling cans. We will probably not recommend.

Excelente lugar para descansar y pasarla bien cerca de una bellísima playa. La atención muy buena.

Ein Traum - toller kleiner Pool, wunderschöne gestaltet, ruhig, Zimmer sind total schön.

Nos gusto mucho el lugar, el unico problema fue que la habitacion estaba a la par de la recepcion entonces era poco privado. Las Villas si estan muy bien acondicionadas y el lugar y la limpieza estan excelentes.

This place is beautiful, staff is friendly, and its just steps to the most perfect beach. The only issue we had is that the upstairs bedroom got HOT, and just didnt have enough ventilation up there. Bad design.

The positive first, Ideal location walking distance to the beach, very friendly staff. Before booking I read a couple of complaints about the AC not working. I assumed it was a issued that was fixed, it was not. We stayed for three nights with no air. The property may need to invest in new AC units.

The place was not clean and the property has not been maintained properly. There were wholes on the wall, no blackout, very inefficient air conditioned in the second floor and very old mattresses and linens.

We loved Lua Villas, however were a bit dissapointed when we changed room from one Villa to the room ” Amor”, as it was much smaller then described and didn’t really have a porch with hammock as our other villa. But generally this is a magical sanctuary, great surf within 5 minutes and amazing pool and yoga area on the residence. Just remember to book a ATV as it’s quite the distance to Santa Teresa.

Very nice place. Friendly staff and very helpful. The only problema is that the room is very dark because of the abundant vegetation around it(which is nice to see so much green), so you have to turn on the light even in the middle of the day.

Amazing staff and great facilities - Would 100% Recommend

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollen Design. Obwohl die Anlage sehr klein ist, fühlt man sich durch die Bepflanzung sehr abgeschnitten und geschützt. Die integrierte Pool Landschaft ist sehr schick. Das Personal überaus freundlich. Zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Absolut zu empfehlen.

The staff onsite were always super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. We loved the pool, and the yoga shala - we even practiced in it! The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, and having a private outdoor patio was a big bonus. There's a surfboard rental and a good corner store just a stone's throw away. The walk to the beach, with excellent surfing and sunsets, is beautiful and takes just minutes. Overall an excellent, tranquil spot that we hated to leave.

This property is an oasis located in a very beautiful raw part of Costa Rica. The owner Louis and his staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I look forward to returning back to Lua Villas!

Excelente opción, el hotel esta prácticamente nuevo y tiene un diseño muy moderno. Podrían mejorar el parqueo ya que muy muy estrecho.

Such a great place to stay. Only a few minutes from the main strip in a quiet area. You can walk down to the gorgeous beach within minutes and some great restaurants and a small market close by. I would definitely recommend this to others!
