I fell ill during my stay and I was taken to the hotel infirmary to meet their friendly doctor, I received a prescription and one of the hotel staff went out, got it and brought it to my room. I was checked on regularly up to my departure.
Thankful for the extra support.

O hotel está em uma boa localização. Os funcionários foram amáveis, e o café da manhã, apesar de caro, era delicioso e bem servido. Única reclamação é que não repuseram o café e a água no quarto. A piscina também parecia um pouco verde e suja.

Lors d'un séjour dans un hôtel de cette renommée et à ce prix, on s'attend à une prestation de très bonne qualité.
Dans le cas du Novitel Plateau Abidjan, je remarque la vetustée de certains équipements, comme la piscine par exemple, et surtout gros point noir, aucune pression d'eau dans la douche. Après une journée de travail, c'est pour moi le plus grand élément de confort, et j'ai été très déçu sur ce point. Par ailleurs, excellent service et grande attention de tout le personnel, très agréable.
