We had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit schöner Dusche. Sehr gute zentrale Lage Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Bedienung der Lichtschalter und elektrischen Vorhängen war etwas ungewöhnlich.
Schöne Dachterasse mit Pool.
Reiseadapter für die Steckdosen hat man problemlos vom Personal erhalten.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war ein dunkles Loch. Eines 4 Sterne Hotels unwürdig. Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, nach dem Duschen war das Bad überschwemmt. Das Zimmer ist unzumutbar. Die Zimmerreinigung immer nur das Nötigste.

The staff is welcoming and very responsive . The hotel public areas were very nicely decorated. The room was newly decorated and clean . The only issues to improve were some small things in the room like : the door for the bathroom was very difficult to open , there are almost no charging options and the lights switches in one side of the bed didn't work.
I would definately reccomend the hotel for a stay in Larnaca.
