It started with front desk, I had booked for 3 nights, he was very unfriendly, made us wait an hour even though room was ready (Cleaning lady told me), Also, they said 8 Euro per day for A/C use, which I agreed and paid 24 Euro extra. In the room you can only use one A/C at a time, either living room or BD, The room smelled bad, with bugs in bathroom and in sofa, kitchen had utensils but stove was not working. I got the suite with kitchen cuz I do cook for my special diatery needs. No toiletries, no dish soap, stingy on towels. The Wi-Fi was totally crapy, would work only in living room but not in ND or bathroom. The total suite was so much run down and dark. I paid extra for balcony suite but the balcony was facing a back side wall. I would not recommend anyone if you have a sane mind and if you do then good luck.

Busted up dump, gotta pay extra for rubbish air con. Customer service sadly lacking.

good - room, pool, walk to beach, drinks, pool, walkable area, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, food nearby, transportation great, some staff super friendly and great - BAD - need microwave in all rooms please, some staff needs to be more friendly

Very nice swimming pool and stay, only down side was no washing machine in the kitchen, but that’s all, everything else was great :)

If you go here you should know that you will be not welcomed by a nice atmosphere and if there are any problems, the hotel manager will not move in your direction. Even if you pay the very unusal fee of 8 EUR per AC you cannot use it when you are out of the room (to enter a nice apartment). With 35 degrees in cyprus outside you will have a horrible climate inside where you barely can breathe. And you have to sit in that conditions 1-2 hours and SUFFER, while the very slow working old AC is cooling the room. I interrupted the process and ask for a second key, but the rude hotel manager will not move in your direction. He even didnt agree to refund, even if you leave everything like it was. Because it is more important that HE IS RIGHT than than the happy customer. Save your money&time and think twice before you book this hotel. My money was lost. Even after writing and calling with hotels.com support. Also the furniture and floor was in terrible condition. My dark socks was dirty after just walking one time through the apartment. It was even unpleasent to stay in the reception. If you want a comfortable business travel or vacation better choose another place. The most important thing in a travel is the positive energy which you have with surrounding of people and in Tasmaria Hotel you might feel HORRIBLE bad vibes like i, after a very happy day in cyprus. 💔

Établissement sympathique. Personnel gentil. Les chambres sont vieillissantes mais fonctionnelles. La zone de la piscine est très agréable. Juste le secteur où se trouve l'hôtel n'est pas le mieux situé...

Tutto piacevole, molto bella anche la piscina. Piccole note negative: non abbiamo trovato sapone in camera e abbiamo avuto problemi con la lavatrice. Il personale ha comunque cercato di darci assistenza. Consigliato anche per il mare vicino (Venus Bay) e il sito archeologico le Tombe dei Re.

I felt catfished by the hotels amenities. While booking it was indicated that there was a safe and air conditioning. They were available, but for purchase. The man working at the front desk got mad when we asked about it, saying we should have known — that information only becomes available after booked… talk of a scam. Otherwise it is a good location with shops nearby, the cleaning crew likes to shout in the hallways as they clean so if you enjoy sleeping in, maybe try somewhere else. We loved having a kitchen. However the wifi, only worked a quarter of the time, and the water would occasionally stop.

Handy location for bars/restaurants and an easy walk to the beachfront. Only an overnight stay but the room ideal for longer with a full size fridge plus a stove and washing machine. Never made it to the pool but looked good. Easy check-in and exit.

Clim payante, accueil froid, piscine sale et graisseuse, bière pas terrible. La chambre en elle même était correcte. C'était une chambre avec kitchenette mais pas de torchon ni éponge ni liquide vaisselle contrairement aux autres hôtels de la zone que nous avons fréquentés, pourtant de même gamme.

Really nice apartment, staff were friendly and helpful and even arranged an airport transfer. Great location for an excellent price! Psa: aircon is €8 per day (renews at 11:30am)

Όταν το έκλεισα το δωμάτιο έγραφε με κλιματισμό και οντά πήγα στο κατάλυμα υπήρχε εξτρά χρέωση € 8,00 το βραδύ . Το έγγραφε στα ψιλά γράμματα ότι υπάρχει χρέωση στο σαλόνι δεν υπήρχε κλιματισμός υπήρχε μόνο στο υπνοδωμάτιο .

I stayed for three nights. The hotel was far better than I expected for such a low price. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with the great kitchen and would be perfect for a much longer stay. It had a flat screen TV, which was unexpected, and the bathtub was very big. The pool area was lovely, again far better than expected for a budget hotel. The only slight negative was the wifi which was only available in the reception area, and only after checking in to the hotel on facebook. The neighbourhood is undergoing massive roadworks, which aren't the fault of the hotel. They look bad from the outside and make the roads difficult to negotiate, but the noise didn't reach my room or the pool area.

Disrespectful staff! They really have communication issues... The rooms aren't really clean. The toilet was leaking and most appliances don't work! You feel you are in a prison court with their rules and the way they aproach you.

Breakfast was excellent, the best I've had in Paphos. The lady in the breakfast area was very polite and helpful. Room was big and spacious and had good kettle, toaster, fridge, oven, crockery and cutlery... But thats where the good points end. Bed sheets weren't changed in one bed, floor was covered with sooooooo much hair, from all kinds of people. No TV. You had to run the hot water for nearly 5 mins before it came through due to the boiler being at other end of complex and having a weak pump! Whoever installed the shower must hate people. Its an over the bath shower thats so low I had to crouch down, Im 172cm. And because the shower and tap assembly are over the long section of the bath, you keep banging your legs on the taps and hitting the shower curtain. The most annoying shower ive ever experienced.

hotel plain and simple could attract noisy holiday makers
