Almost ok even shared bathroom but toilet and bathroom very clean, also here provided kitchen and equipment that we can cook what we want. Recommend to stay here

Hotelnya dekat banget sama central station. Bersih banget kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya oke banget hotel ini. Boleh di coba.

It was raining hard back then in Copenhagen so I had to use my beloved umbrella. When I got back to the hotel, I hanged my umbrella on a umbrella stand to avoid the hotel floor to get wet. Since then, I was sitting in the hotel lobby and waiting for the rain to stop. The whole time was just 30 minutes but I then found out that my umbrella was taken by the hotel’s guest and never be returned back. I tried hard to inform the hotel staff and kindly requested them to check the camera to see whoever had taken my Victoria Secret’s umbrella (also a gift from my dad) so they could approach the one and ask them to return it back to me. But the hotel did nothing to help me out and even ignored my request. I’m very upset and disappointed.

they were under construction for the bathroom when i was there, therefore it made us feel uncomfortable. The pillow also wasn't very comfort. But they gave us kettle when I asked. Thanks
