I stayed at your hotel from September 24 to 27, booked through Hotels.com with the reservation number 72065425988975 . When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that due to an internal mistake, the room I booked was not available on September 24. I was asked to share a room with my companion, and I was told that a refund would be issued to my credit card. However, up to this moment, I still have not received any refund notification from my credit card provider.

The location is really good and near city center. Staffs are really nice and helpful. We stored our luggage at the hotel after check out. The room is really pretty, stylish and spacious. Hope to visit again!!

Close to almost all spots, a fancy sweet hotel.

We had a really nice stay at SP34. Location is great and the price was fair. I would recommend.

We were disappointed because half of the hotel was in renovation and our room was with an old carpet instead hardwoodfloor (like in the pictures). We were not notified about any of that beforehand. Other than that a great hotel in a great surrounding.

Välkomnande och hjälpsam personal. Mycket trevlig reception för gästerna. Frukosten utmärkt, en av de bästa hotellfrukostarna vi ätit. Tyst rum, lite lätt slitet men charmigt.

All round a great hotel for a city break. The shower in the bathroom makes a bit of a mess but overall, still a great place.

Helt fantastisk hotell!

Hyggeligt hotel med meget rene og hyggelige værelser og selvom hotellet er gammelt og bærer præg af det, var helhedsoplevelsen meget fin. Især fællesområderne som lobby og restaurant var meget indbydende.

Hotel is very trendy downstairs but the rooms could do with a refresh. I like how the TV was easy to connect to and the breakfast was great but we did have to move from our first room (room 502) as the road noise was so loud we barely slept. Our second room on the 4th floor was much better but did have an eggy smell from the bathroom drains. The rooms could generally be cleaned a little better and it’s a shame that you have to ask for things like conditioner, dressing gowns etc rather than them being provided already in the room. It was in a great location, but for the money and considering everywhere in central Copenhagen is easy to get to, I think we should’ve picked somewhere else as there’s a lot of other great options.

Frukosten var bra men rummet var väldigt dåligt städat. Det var mögel i badrummet och nästan stopp i handfatet. Rummet var väldigt litet och i stort behov av att rustas upp.

Bra läge, trevligt koncept och mysig stämning. God frukost och gott kaffe!
