Rigtig lækkert hotel med en skøn indretning og atmosfære. Der er kælet for detaljerne for forkælelse, lige fra lækre produkter på værelset, gratis snackbar på hver etage og gratis muddermaske i spaen. Super betjening og lækker mad. Dejligt ophold.

We stayed as a family for three nights on our first visit to Copenhagen. The family room was quite spacious. We loved the Eco friendly touches.Lacked a few things we would’ve liked, including at least a small refrigerator, air conditioning, space for storage of our clothing and toiletries, and a bathroom for each one of the family. Front desk staff was not so friendly. Hot tub and pool were full of leaves. Cleaning of the rooms during the day was not executed well (none of the trash was removed, nothing was straightened up or organized, and the beds were only barely remade, with some sheets, still rolled up in the corner of the room).
The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful, but I would not stay there again for the exorbitant price.

Helt okay sted men jeg bliver aldrig fan af glas dører til toilettet. Lidt støvet på hængerne og toppen af sengengavlen (yes, tjekkede der fordi viften kørte og sendte støv rundt).
Maden i restauranten var okay, men næste gang spiser jeg nok ude. Morgenmaden er god!
Hyggelig og hjælpsom personale.
Fint med fællesområde på etagen hvor der er fri snacks

Overall experience was as promised, but the showers were such a nuisance that we won’t come back. You have to wait a long time for water and even then it’s low-pressure. After each use (plus once every afternoon on its own) it starts a very loud cleaning process, too. Also noteworthy: a LOT of kids (making a splash in the pool as well) even though it looks like an adult-style hotel. Breakfast extremely crowded (but good). Area is nice and quiet and we slept very well.
