離車站很近，距離逛街的地方也很近，跟飯店反應房間有個地方很髒之後，馬上有人來清潔

Was surprised how small the room was

It was surprisingly too small

Staff were super friendly and I appreciate their hospitality!!

L'accueil est au 7ème et malgré l'accueil souriant, il est vrai qu'on vous précipite tout de suite sur un ordi pour faire votre ckeck-in, ça manque un peu d'humain. Dans la chambre, l'ipad commande quasi-tout. Pourquoi pas mais la nuit, on ne peut allumer la lumière de la salle de bain sans tout allumer. Pas pratique. La salle de bain avec les toilettes est à 5 cms du lit et la porte ne ferme pas totalement, pas terrible pour l'intimité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et il y a un locker pour les bagages mais attention, ils ne sont pas grands. Cela étant dit, l'hôtel est super bien placé et notre chambre avait une belle vue. Nous ne sommes pas contre la technologie mais disons qu'on n'a pas adoré.

The location is great. Friendly staff. Small rooms but perfect for 1-2 people. Common space/Rooftop nice.

A very great location near all needed amenities; nice room although the room is tiny, we had no place to put our extra clothes; I bet it will be an ok room for one. Our tv kept shutting off and the iPad was not user friendly. Could be just our rooms issue. Other than that nice bed comfortable beddings.

We loved our stay!

Hotel works well. Great common area in 7th floor. Staff really helpful, friendly and efficient. Check in check out very slick. Luggage storage lockers were really useful for us. Didn't like the room. Bathroom just bit too weird - just have a sink in the bathroom like normal. Control via ipad was painful especially the lights. Room was too narrow. Bed comfy etc but felt like a cruise ship small cabin.

Hotel was in a very good location to see Copenhagen. Our only complaint is that the rooms are extremely small even by European standards

Room was cosy, a little small but very comfortable. Very hi tech which took a while to master. We stayed 5 nights, first 2 nights wonderful - next 3 nights we were awaken by loud construction roofing noise at 6.30am. Not the hotels fault, but worth mentioning. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. A mini fridge in the room would be nice with tea and coffee facilities.The shower was fantastic! They do offer a water bottle service which we loved. Great location, close to the train station and the city heart. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Copenhagen

We had a great 2 night stay at Citizen M. The staff was welcoming and super helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect , within walking distance of many sites. We’ll be back!
