Die Lage ist zentral. Mit dem Zug und der Metro gut ab dem Flughafen zu erreichen.
Es ist ruhig, das Personal ist freundlich die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und hübsch gestaltet, es gibt viele Möglichkeit sich auch außerhalb des Zimmers im Hotel aufzuhalten. Zum Frühstück findet man für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist hoch.

Rigtig dejlig oplevelse lige midt i centrum. Servicen var rigtig god og venlig. Tjek-in foregik nemt og hurtigt. Hotellet fremstår ny-renoveret og rent. Der er god akustik og behagelig atmosfære over hele linjen. Morgenmads-buffeten var den bedste vi endnu har prøvet på div. hoteller. Virkelig anbefalelsesværdigt! Værelset vi boede på (Signatur-dobbeltværelse), var rigtig fint og der var helt stille og roligt uden gener fra gården eller gaden. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang vi skal til KBH.

We got the 18 square meter room and it was located on the very end of the floor - that's a good thing since it'll be far from noises such as people walking pass the hallway.
No minibar inside the room but you can get some hot water by asking the front dest receptionist. By the way, the lady at the front dest was friendly and nice.

We were allowed to check in an hour early. The location is excellent. The main train station and metro are nearby. The breakfast was very extensive. Everything from the buffet was fresh. The staff was always courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, we had two power outages, which meant the elevator was out of order. This is a minor criticism. We had to use the staircase, which wasn't a problem for us.

Friendly staff
more so my room - it was relatively small.
No local TV - only had streaming radio and chromecast from your mobile device
I did ask my room to be cleaned. Bed was made, towels changed but floor was not swept/vacuumed.

Everything about this stay was perfect. My only small criticism would be the lack of safe and fridge in the room. I had to go down to reception to get a bucket with some ice to put some drinks in. But other than that I highly recommend the hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the variety. The room was spacious, clean, very bright and relaxing. Perfect location as well.
