This was my first time staying at a Moxy hotel and I really enjoyed it. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is not in a central part of Copenhagen but access is easy through public transit.
Loved the welcome drinks in the lobby. The staff was really helpful in answering any questions! I would come back.

Vi blev budt velkommen af en venlig og imødekommende person i receptionen, og følte os i gode hænder, skulle der være noget.
Vi er et vennepar, der rejste sammen, så det var vigtigt for os at få to enkeltsenge, hvilket der var styr på - og værelset var tilpas stort til at der var afstand mellem dem.
Badeværelset havde også en god størrelse, og var virkelig fint - dejligt med en bruser med et godt vandtryk. Og så var det rent.
Der var god mulighed for at lufte ud og få sollys ind. Værelset havde en fin størrelse, behagelige senge, og igen dejlig rent!
En gennemført positiv oplevelse. Kommer gerne igen, og har allerede givet anbefaling videre. :)

三月訂房時的照片跟五月入住時完全不一樣，四月發現照片更新，價格也變低了，同樣價格都可預訂有附早餐且可免費取消的房型，距離入住還有一個月，於是要求退差價或取消重新預定，Hotels.com的客服很幫忙，但飯店立場強硬，完全不給退或更改。入住前的感受就頗差了，Check-in時的鬍子櫃檯人員也很不友善，一個笑容都沒有，還説之前收款沒成功，要我立刻刷卡付款，我很確定訂房當下Hotels.com就收取全額費用，於是請他再次確認，他才又面無表情地查了電腦，說嗯對有付款了，連sorry或抱歉誤會了都沒說，就直接交房卡，沒問要不要收據，也懶得介紹飯店設施。
房間、浴廁很小，房內設施相當簡單，衣櫃、冰箱、熱水壺、瓶裝水、保險箱、乳液...都沒有。飯店優點只有新，以及一位金髮男性櫃檯人員笑容滿面，因房內無熱水壺，跟他要熱水他很熱心且友善。

It was our first time at a Moxy and in Copenhagen. This hotelnis very well located. The staff are so helpful.
The room was xleaned every day.
You can walk to Copenhagen city centre along the waterfront in less than an hour, take the boat bus or the metro.
Highly recommended!

This was one of my families favorite stops on our Euro trip! The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were endless games for us to play. We had a great time hanging out in the lobby and playing games together. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious! Public transportation was a short walk away and easy to navigate. I only wish the room had a fridge. Otherwise, it was great!

Fint hotell og bra rom. Var dog ikke mulig å lage kaffe eller te på rommet, men de hadde kanner i resepsjonen med varmt vann. Dette vannet var dog kaldt. De hadde ikke isbiter i baren. Frokosten ble ikke prøvd. Fint hotell ellers, kan anbefales.

Wir hatten ein schönes modernes Doppelzimmer, es fehlte nur ein Wasserkocher, dann wäre es perfekt. Unsere frühe Ankunft gegen 11:30 war kein Problem, auch einen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) konnten wir bekommen.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

房間、浴廁很小，房內設施相當簡單，衣櫃、冰箱、熱水壺、瓶裝水、保險箱、乳液...都沒有。飯店優點只有新，以及一位金髮男性櫃檯人員笑容滿面，因房內無熱水壺，跟他要熱水他很熱心且友善。

The room was xleaned every day.
You can walk to Copenhagen city centre along the waterfront in less than an hour, take the boat bus or the metro.
Highly recommended!
