The Hotel has a very good location, just at the Tivoli, in front of the Hotel is the Hop on Hop off bus station. But: You come home from a long sightseeing and You want to use the restroom in the lobby: it is closed. You try it with Your card: it does not work. Unpleasant. I have never expirienced something like that.

コペンハーゲン中央駅から徒歩5分、また、ストロイエ通りや市役所前の広場からでも徒歩10-15分程で便利なホテルでした。(チボリ公園は斜めむかえにあります。)ホテルの内外装や家具などはアルネヤコブセンが設計をされており、デザインに関心があれば、離れがたいと思います。朝食はコンチネンタルスタイル、味噌汁や焼き魚など和食もあり、北欧で和風を感じ、興味深かったです。

I’m disappointed to give this hotel just 2 stars. I've stayed here many times before, and it used to be fantastic. However, the service has declined significantly, the cleanliness is lacking, the AC wasn't working, and the breakfast was terrible. It’s a shame to see such a once-great place fall so far.

An historic place and a testament to Danish design. The lobby is particularly memorable. Although very well maintained, some aspects are a little dated. Windows don’t protect well against street noise. Aircon is a little noisy. Recommended however as you feel transported back in time.

Et flott hotell midt i København sentrum, 2 min gange til sentralstasjonen og tivoli. Romslig rom, gode senger og rent, sett bort ifra at dusjen og fingermerker på speil - forventer at slikt er vasket grundig på et såpass bra hotell. Stille og rolig (vi bodde i 12. etasje). Godt utvalg på frokost, men tror den var preget av ferierushet, litt kaotisk. Ellers kunne det gjerne vært grovere brød å velge mellom, flere glutenfrie alternativer, kald yoghurt og eplejuice som ikke smaker harsknet/råttent. Hadde hørt en del bra om denne frokosten, men ble litt skuffet. Alt i alt et greit hotell, fine fasiliteter og trivelige, flinke resepsjonister!
