Alt var faktisk i tip top, mad, service, faciliteter. Eneste minus er sengen vi havde. Den stod usikkert på sine ben, og gyngede utrolig meget hver gang man bevægede sig i den. Puderne var os lidt hårde, men det er nok mere en smagssag.

Vi havde brug for et hotel med parkering, og det havde de her. Vi har tidligere overnattet her, og det lever fint op til det behov vi havde til et par overnatninger. Desuden går bussen næsten lige udenfor, så man behøver ikke at tage bilen med ind til centrum.

Fik at vide baren var lukket i weekenden.. Værelset var vendt mod øst (ved hovedvejen) og man kunne høre bilen natten lang. Det trak fra vinduerne. Tre pærer i lamperne var gået på værelset. Køjesengen var dårlig- selv til børn. De slog sig konstant på hjørnet/boksen i øverste køje.

Meget slidt tilstand. Gardinstang var faldet ned af loft, sad løst. Stort hul indtil den rå beton bag fodlister som også sad løse. Ikke mulighed for at regulere ventilation eller varme i rummet

Super hyggeligt hotel, fabelagtig service hele vejen rundt. Det eneste, der for alvor trækker ned, er de meget trætte og slidte udtryk på hotel gangen. Virkelig nedslidt og virkede beskidt.

Lovely lobby area and things to do for kids. Food was good and everything was very clean but the rooms were TINY! We felt very cramped as bunk beds came down from the wall and left no space to walk around. NOT a family room by any stretch of the imagination!

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Der Bus ins Stadtzentrum fährt in der Nähe. Parkplatz kostenlos. Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Fugen in unserem Bad waren leider schimmlig. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

En lettere ugidelig attitude ved check in Og check ud. Fik ikke indtryk af, at der var stor interesse i at komme os i møde. Lidt dårlig stil, at der ikke var kompensation ift. en ganske ringe ophold få dage inden. Værelserne er fine og rene, og morgenmaden er god.

Få jeres rengørings personale til at fjerne de foregående gæsters glemte tøj. Få jeres morgenmads team til at tørre borde af i stedet for at gå rundt og kikke med kluden. Ikke ret behageligt at spise morgenmad oven i andres rester.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean and of a high standard. The breakfast had a great selection of items, including lactose free products. Some areas of breakfast hygiene could be improved - we saw a child licking the Nutella spoon and putting it back into the Nutella bowl on the counter and we told a staff member who did not replace the spoon but just shrugged her shoulders. The hotel has a small gym and a rather cold swimming pool. It had good amenities including plenty of towels. There is also a children’s play area outside and small playroom inside which are great for families. The lack of air conditioning lets this property down and therefore we could not give it 5 stars.

Service i receptionen hørte en anden tid til. Ønskede at tjekke tidligt ind, hvilket kostede 200 kr. (kl. var 14 og check-in var fra kl. 16) Værelset var klar, men fair nok, det ønskede vi ikke at betale for. Så spurgte receptionisten, hvornår vi ville komme igen. Vi skulle til bryllup og vidste ikke, hvornår festen sluttede, så det kunne vi ikke svare på. Men det skulle vi, fordi de skulle lave en ‘natkørsel’ i deres system, og hvis vi kom sent risikerede vi, at vi ikke kunne få værelset fordi, det ville være ‘no show’. Prøvede at forklare, at vi jo havde forudbetalt, så ‘no show’ gav ikke rigtigt mening. Foreslog, at han blot kunne give os nøglen nu, og at vi ikke ville gå på værelset, men det kunne der ikke være tale om. Håbløs service. Det bør være muligt at tænke selv, og når man annoncerer med 24-timers reception, skal man ikke diskutere med gæsterne om, hvad tid de har tænkt sig at ankomme. Vi kommer ikke igen.

The staff were amazing and very professional. Restaurant and food was well beyond our expectations. The hotel was family and child friendly. The hotel staff always did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our only concern was with the cleaning staff who made us feel discriminated against due to our colour and culture.They chose not to change our beddings (ei pillow cases and covers )for the eight nights we stayed. They cleaned the rooms and left the Children’s bed undone, and bins not emptied even upon request. The hotel receptionists both night/day and the kitchen/ resturant / bar staff were the best anyone would want and we will like to say a Big Thank You to THEM. We will surely stay again when next we visit Copenhagen.
