It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Convenient transport to town centre. By harbour bus or by metro.

原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。

The apartment area is still under construction, The car will need to park in other buildings, MANY grocery store is nearby, the Stay apartment is next to the MRT, You will hear the training sounds. Above all, the apartment is new, good space and clean.

Overall the stay was perfect, i will definitely come back again

Had an amazing stay

The weather was hot there and unfortunately there was no AC. When we opened the balcony doors, it was a lot cooler but flies would come in. The property was clean and quiet. It was a short walk to the metro and grocery store. Overall it was a nice place to stay at.

The property is located on a beautiful canal. Just a 2-minutes walk to the metro (or you can take a scenic boat ride to the center, for the same price). The apartment was large, recently updated, and had all needed amenities. The staff is very helpful and delightful to talk to. I would definitely stay there again.

Rigtig fint hotel med meget fine faciliteter. Men vores værelse lå lige ud til metroen, som larmede utroligt meget og forstyrrede vores søvn. Værelserne var meget varme, så vi havde brug for at kunne åbne vinduerne, hvilket medførte, at larmen fra metroen forstyrrede mere

Wir kommen seit drei Jahren jeden Sommer in diese Unterkunft und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten den perfekten Komfort für Familien. Die Lage ist toll, und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon sehr darauf!

Property was great. I had room next to metro line so Had to use small room at back of property. Would stay again without any hesitation if guaranteed apartments position.

So, as we fortunately received a free upgrade to the penthouse, our rating is of course generally better. The staff at reception were very friendly and happy to have a very informal chat. We had chosen the flat to have a little more space than in a standard hotel room. As we were provided with the penthouse, as mentioned above, we can only rate this. The flat was clean, bright and friendly and invitingly furnished. Both bathrooms had a rain shower and one even had a washing machine with tumble dryer. The three bedrooms each had wonderfully comfortable beds. The modern kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. The private roof terrace was a particular highlight. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend STAY Nordhavn.

Property was very nice, however our 3 bedroom was literally hanging over the metro rail that came by every 4 minutes. It was ok when windows were shut, however it got super hot with windows shut since none of the apartments have A/C. We tried earplugs and other options but nothing worked. We were there 5 nights and basically were only at the apartment to sleep, but it was so loud it was so unbearable. We asked to be moved to another unit twice but were unsuccessful and honestly the front management didn’t seem to care.

Fint placeret, med gode mad muligheder og transport med metro, rundt i KBH. 1. Akustikken er utrolig dårlig 2. Der er skægkræ - pas på jeres tøj når i kommer hjem.

Lovely clean, spacious and modern 3 bed apartment. Very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with plenty of clean towels. Close to metro station and supermarket. The only downside was that it was hot during our visit and the apartment was very hot, like a greenhouse at 30 degrees, fans are privided in every room. Our apartment backed onto the metro line so there was some noise in one of the bedrooms as the metros run every few minutes all through the night. Take an eyemask and earplugs if youre a light sleeper.

Great place! Nice area and close to transportation. Close to groceries too! Like “living” in Copenhagen vs a regular hotel stay.

Super leilighet.

Very nice large 3 bedroom apartment. You can leave the doors open while you are there to let in fresh air. Beds were super comfy. The shower was amazing!
