En sak som behöver förbättras är att det behöver sättas upp en avlastningshylka i duschen, nu får man stå och hålla tvål och schampo medan man duschar. I övrigt helt nöjd.

Wir waren begeistert von der Top-Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Stevns Klint – perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das leckere Frühstück. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen im nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder!

Check in is only between 3-5pm so we had no place to sleep!!! Nobody answered the phone and it was locked up. We contacted the property many times. We slept in our car. This place is horrible!

Good location by the harbor with views from several rooms. It would be nice if the hotel invested in a bathing jetty, so guests wouldn’t have to wade through large amounts of seaweed to get into the water. The hotel itself is a typical conference center. The rooms are extremely small and really intended for one person. Cleaning was reasonable, although there were many cobwebs on the ceiling and walls. Service in the restaurant was excellent. The reception – when staffed – was somewhat distant and indifferent.

Very disappointed with the superior sea view room
Small, uncomfortable room with damaged furniture. No bedside table because the room is too small. Cleanliness was not up to standard, with many spiders. The bathroom needs a complete renovation.
The only positive point: the sea view and the beach, just a few meters to the right of the hotel.

We were informed very late that we couldn't access rooms until 1 hour after standard time. When given access we found one room not cleaned. When informing staff we only got options: wait for "someone" to clean room or take another room, without sea view. We asked them to clean the room. When "done", we still found bins not emptied and no towels. Asked for new towels and were promised them. Finally had to go down for them myself. Porter nice enough but hotel totally understaffed. We were "compensated" with four free gin tonics. I think a total refund of the uncleaned room would have been ok.

Meget upersolig og i princippet var det et forkert valg fra vores side anledning 40 års bryllupsdag, og vi kom til et tomt konference center og havde en forventning om et hotel og hygge. ikke engang et tillykke, havde bestilt chokolade og frugt, frugt var ikke frisk og så var det blot mødechokolade, og i havde ikke svaret på min mail. toilet var der gammel tis i, er sikker på at om sommeren og vejret så er det et fantastisk sted,.

Trevligt hotell med fint läge…..
Redan efter bokningsbekräftelse uppmanades vi att om receptionen ej var bemannad att själva hämta en rumsnyckel i en box utanför hotellet, vilket vi också gjorde.
Det fann två kuvert med nyckel och vi valde ett (nr10).
Då det var som vi anat lite sena så blev det till restaurangen för lite mat.
Senare observerades det att nyckel till vårt tänkta rum med TVÅ ENKELSÄNGAR låg i ett kuvert i en korg på en disk, då hade vi redan installerat oss i ett rum med EN DUBBELSÄNG…
Nattvilan blev ej som tänkt tyvärr i ett redan varmt rum.
Lite bättre info angående rumsnyckelförfatandet skulle ju inte ha skadat.
