Tive uma excelente experiência durante minha estadia. Fui atendido de forma rápida e eficiente pela equipe, que demonstrou profissionalismo e cordialidade em todos os momentos. Os quartos eram confortáveis, bem limpos e equipados com tudo o que eu precisava. A localização do hotel também é um grande diferencial, com fácil acesso a pontos importantes da cidade. The hotel lobby was beautiful and was being renovated. Beautiful tranquil paintings adored the walls. In the room, the shower hose had a hole so they replaced the hose and the shower head - it was great. Unfortunately the phone wasn't working but they allowed us to check out late with no charge for the inconvenience of both. The included breakfast was varied and filling - we couldn't finish it all. We weren't expecting it to be so good - we were very impressed. The view from the restaurant - and the room - was beautiful. It was well worth it and we would be happy to return and stay again. The service, in the restaurant, by the porter, and the front desk staff was exceptional and far surpassed any inconvenience.
