This is our 3rd visit to Rixos Premium Seagate and would not stay anywhere else. The hotel, service, rooms and staff are all wonderful. From the moment you arrive everything is 1st class. The food at the buffet restaurants provide a wonderful array of choice and the restaurants are a delight. I would like to make a special mention to Rita who provided us with a real personal service, checking in with us every day to see if everything was OK. She made this particular vacation extra special for my family. Thank you Rita.

Bisogna essere chiari con chi prenota e spiegare che esiste una zona "aqua", lontanissima dal mare, dai ristoranti, dalla Spa... lontana da tutto e penalizzante. Esiste poi il corpo centrale della struttura, molto bella. Siamo capitati male, nella zona "aqua": avremmo voluto saperlo

We arrived at 05:00 am. We slept for 5 hours . We went for breakfast at 10. Too crowded, staffs are just running in rush. Asking not gently , and absolute chaos’s.
After we left for beach. Beach has a wharf about 2 km to arrive for swimming area.
Poolside is like a public beach. Sun beds are too close to each other.
We left the hotel in same morning despite of having 3 more days .
