Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for. Breakfast was good and filling. The area on the West Bank is good but if you need to visit the East Bank (Karnak and/or Luxor Temple), you’ll need to take a ferry (take the people’s ferry for 40 egy pounds roundtrip - Google maps will help you).
Otherwise, you’ll get the typically hassling in Egypt but somewhat less than Giza or Cairo.
There is a small convenience shop down at the entrance but they price gouge a little bit like 15 egyp for large water bottle but the shops on the main road going into the West Bank area, 5 egyp so look around for sure. Good location for restaurants very very nearby, 2 mins from the hotel walking (again see google maps reviews). Otherwise, good stay in the West Bank
This hotel exceeded all expectations. Mr. Momen’s helpfulness was exceptional: always present, friendly and ready to help us with any need, making our stay truly unforgettable.
Another highlight is the Skylouge restaurant on the rooftop terrace, which offers a breathtaking view. We enjoyed delicious food with always cheerful service: a magical experience that we recommend to everyone.
We highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to stay.
This place was very quaint. The room was spacious as a family of four we all had our own bed. The balcony was great for drying clothes after our morning runs to the temples and monuments. Early is better. The breakfast prepared by Mohamed and his friends was perfect for us. The coffee is instant and the juice is not free.m, but accurately priced for fresh juice not watered down. We just didn’t know before. The breakfast was a vegetable omelet with cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheese spread. Local bread was served with jam but I used it for the omelet wrap I made. Each day and multiple times Mahamoud and Ahmed (I hope I have that right) always checked in with us, had kind words and sage advice. The water I. The room was always hot. The room had an outside and BR sink and it was great for a family of four and one BR. They even gave us a space heater which my husband loved. This hotel will help you with anything you like while you are on the West Bank for sure!
