太陽金字塔景觀旅館

Extremely disappointed. Once we got to the location we received a totally different room/apartment. I booked this specific place off the photos for the view and jacuzzi. However the person said the one we choose on the site was already booked and the new apartment would be okay for us which was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. It wasn’t! I was upset because we would have just stayed closer to the airport, instead of travel an hour to this location. We didn’t get what we paid for. Additionally we paid for transportation to get there which was also a waste. Place had No hot water. Kitchen and bathroom wasn’t cleaned as well as bed having stains. Annoyed with the whole experience.

the view was very good but it was not like a traditional hotel where you have a lobby and staff to help. We were given one set of keys and some towels on first day and that was the end of it. bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet all the time, we had to be extra careful in the bathroom for fear of slipping.
