差到不識形容，入住要俾150鎊按金，沖涼到第三位已經冇熱水，我第二朝7:30到機場，check out時竟然個職員去左瞓覺吾聽電話，得個警衞，按金冇得俾返，幸好我女兒在曼徹斯特讀書，下午才取回按金，如果旅遊趕時間乘機，按金已經冇得退回

Nice and clean rooms close to the city

Best location could ask for massive apartment with lots of room customer service was excellent apartment could have been slightly cleaner but was not majorly dirty.

Tried to charge 150 breakage deposit for leaving abit off litter behind on the table even though 150 is there if we break anything which we didn't.

The balcony had no step and I injured my ankle stepping down. The main door handle was broken and the staff member who fixed it started by banging violantly on the door in the early hours of the morning. The wifi was terrible and the television remote did not work at all. The only good thing was that the receptionist we encountered was a nice professional chap and took care of us but overall definitely not worth the price

So appalled on every level with this accommodation. Clearly there are many, many fake reviews giving "10.0" here as this is simply an impossibility. Brief list: * Used condom hanging off the radiator * Vomit/half digested food in the sink * Damp and damage evident * Glitter all over the floor * Not hot water * No terrestrial TV * Unhelpful staff * No management present

Clean, central, much bigger than I expected - v convenient for (Piccadilly) station and central Manchester

Atana Apartments are not advertised as such! They are actually called Manchester apartments UK and are very hard to find on Withy Grove, we walked past the front door at least 3 times looking for the front door. Because the name Atana Apartments does not appear anywhere inside or outside the building it makes it difficult for the traveller. I wonder if Apartments sub let from the Manchester Apartments? Having said the above, our apartment was clean inside just very tired and in need of TLC to bring them up to the standard they probably were 10 years ago. Our apartment was a little battered in places! A large cracked tile in the bathroom, burn marks on the carpet, skirting boards old and peeled from paint, bedside cabinets definitely need replacing, kettle on/off switch missing, dints in kitchen appliances, curtains far too long. But on the plus side, very well equipped, big bathroom, large rooms, tv, etc. Convenient for Vic station and centre of Manchester. Could be so much better. Give them a try and maybe if Atana read this review they will address the upkeep to make the Apartments realise their full potential!

It's cheap but neat. Located near a car park, convenient. Sufficient tools for cookery. Comfortable bed. But foodie downstairs aren't tasting good.

They have double charged my card for the stay and still haven’t got back to me after they said they would.

The deposit of 450 GBP for one pre-paid night is quite staggering. Upon finding out about this (shame on us for not reading the small print before reserving), I booked another hotel for the night rather than give my credit card for this rather shady business.

The floor was scratched, the window was cracked and taped up, the place was a thoroughly clean, we had to ask for fresh towels and finally there are no lights working in one of the bedrooms which was very inconvenient as we had exams to take. Not worth the money at all.

Lejligheden var lidt svær at finde fordi der stod et andet navn på døren. Beliggenheden er helt i top og lejligheden er rummelig og velfungerende.

The apartments are in a great location, but we're generally in only an ok condition - lots of furniture showing quite bad signs of wear and tear, and we had to use tweezers to turn the heating dial and it was broken. The button on the kettle was also broken. It also didn't feel massively safe - on our first night, the receptionist came to our room at 11:30pm to ask if we're were the room who requested milk. Not only was this odd, as he wasn't holding milk and it was so late at night, but he could have called up to us on the internal phone. There were also a few occasions when there was no one at reception.
