The entrance to the property is disgusting, crooked stairs going up to the room and the carpet looks like it’s never been hoovered!
The apartment room itself was clean and spacious. Although in the morning some kid of dryer was on downstairs and was shaking the whole kitchen!!

The property was acceptable but had a couple of issues. Firstly, the bathroom sink did not drain properly. Secondly, there was a heat wave in London and the apartment had no ventilation and we had to request a fan (which came the next day). Thirdly, Avari advise the property can sleep four people. Please note the sofa bed is small and would only be suitable for two children rather than two adults.
The apartment had a washing machine but had no hanging rack to dry the clothes. Finally Avari only provided a limited supply of toilet paper and we felt that sufficient should be provided for our stay.

The property management communication has been minimal. The key access issue that is reported in several other property reviews was the issue. Half of our phones could sync with the Bluetooth app and the other half could not after numerous attempts. I requested a late checkout and their system makes you pay the fee prior to having the request granted. I paid the fee and then management provided a statement that they were having issues with key access for late checkouts. So, that left the time from 11 to 1 questionable if I would have access to the property. I declined immediately and prior to the normal check out time that due to the access situation, I would not need the late check out option. I requested a refund and have emailed them seven times and I have not yet received the funds. Great location! However, lack of communication and refund is not appreciated.

Excellent accommodations in an ideal location in London. The rooms are spacious and clean, appliances in perfect working order. We did struggle with the digital key, registration required SMS text messaging, not just WiFi, so beware if traveling internationally. Also our key expired unexpectedly the second day of our stay without warning. The second bedroom in our apartment was locked for some unknown reason when we arrived and required digital key to open. Altogether minor inconveniences and easily remedied by a very responsive Avari reservation service via WhatsApp. We would stay here again.

Apartments were good however our apartment was on the top floor we had to climb a lot of stairs..but once inside apartment was good nicely done clean and comfortable.we felt the hallway and stair need a major update ..would not like to have to carry heavy suitcase up these stairs ..would stay again but would have to be on ground floor

Nous logions dans l'appartement Princeton deux grands lits, un canapé lit
A notre arrivée il s'avère que la deuxième chambre est accessible par un Locker qui ne fonctionne pas : sur deux nuits, la première nuit nous n'avons pas pu accéder au deuxième grand lit... Les enfants ont donc dormi dans le salon, l'un dans le canapé lit vraiment peu confortable sans drap ni couette, l'autre dans un lit pliant heureusement présent dans le salon
Il n'y avait qu'un set de draps disponible et le lit n'était pas fait a notre arrivée
Heureusement le lendemain la chambre inaccessible a été ouverte (communication très simple avec le propriétaire) et nous avons pu profiter du second grand lit pour cette seconde et dernière nuit
Les grands lits des deux chambres étaient confortables, la salle de bains est refaite, les placards artisanaux.
Absence de liquide vaisselle et torchon dans la cuisine, bouilloire sale a notre arrivée (dépôts)

A bit hard to find. Inside, the apartment itself was lovely. Comfortable and spacious. The location / street outside was a bit noisy, being quite close to a pub, with people drinking outside on the street on the evening that I was there.

I think these people may be a scam. I never received access info and I tried calling at least a half dozen times and the phone just rang and rang without voicemail picking up. emails to them were not answered and their website was suspiciously “down”.

Appreciated the apartment space and location. Apartment inside was very clean and modern. Great place to stay. One TV in living room with streaming apps. Kitchen nice, bathroom with rain shower. Just short walk from Farringdon station which was easy to navigate, jump on Circle line for sightseeing. Places to eat just a block or two away. Street itself is in jewelry area, quiet, had a little trash but very safe. Appreciated that area was less busy than main tourist areas but easy to access anywhere you want to go. Had to dowload app Dormakaba BlueSky Access app for digital key to get into building and apartment. There were similar dormakaba app so had to make sure it was BlueSky one. There was no problem using it once I downloaded right app and held screen face of my phone to lock in order to open. Just keep phone charged and have wifi. Communication by email and then whatsapp was great.

A menos de 4 horas de llegar, el propietario nos avisa que se dañó el sistema de acceso a los apartamentos y nos ofreció un hospedaje a 5 minutos del lugar, pero el sitio no parecía seguro, tenía grafitti pintado en toda la entrada y una puerta muy pequeña. Nos dio temor aceptar el cambio, sin ver fotos previas, sin más alternativas. Solicité el reembolso del dinero al propietario por su incumplimiento y simplemente me dejó de responder. Recomiendo que busquen otro lugar.

The only small problems were the message sent with 'key' instructions, which obscured the email address (it sent as dashes only), and the lack of coat hooks and other creature comforts in the entry.

I found this apartment to be very competitively priced and great for a family of 5. Very close to Farringdon and Chancery Lane tube so very central, but quiet at night. The communication with the manager was excellent. The only issue is we want to back and it appears they only accept 7day bookings now. Apart from that, highly recommend.

Einrichtung war top - einzig die Klospülung sowie das Warmwasser machte so manches Problem. Der Geruch in der Gegend erinnert an einen Dönerladen, die Lage ist jedoch top. An sich macht man mit dieser Unterkunft nichts falsch. Würde ich wieder buchen.

This apartment worked out great for our new years stay. It’s very modern and up to date and suited our group of 4 well. It’s in a good area and a quick ride to most districts and attractions.
