Good for overnight airport stay Good breakfast Comfortable bed

Very good.

Everything was great, can’t complain except the toilet didn’t flush that was the only issue but and easy fix

Spent the night as part of a trip really warm welcome from the start lovely staff very comfortable in room and had dinner and breakfast both good food such good value for money

I last visited the property 30 years ago and obviously a lot of changes since then. But overall the staff and facilities were adequate nothing fancy would stay again.

No es que las fotos sean falsas pero...se hicieron con mucho cariño, con buena luz y posiblemente hace años. El hotel en general está bastante viejo. El cabezal de la cama es de lo más nuevo que hay y aun así parece reaprovechado de otro hotel. Las puertas estan repintadas de ese blanco hueso que hace antiguo. El pasillo huele a viejo. Las luces son demadiado amarillas y aun lo hace más viejo. El baño lo mismo. Cosas buenas: habitacion grande, cama bastante cómoda y baño limpio.

Excellent value for money. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed

The building is aged but overall is good. Bed linen is clean, bed is comfortable. Check in and out was fast. We needed to arrive airport at 4am, this was a good choice in terms of money n distance. 20 mins drove to APH car drop off point, then took 15 mins shuttle bus to Terminal 1.

Having stayed at this location on and off you over 20 years, I was pleased to see it reopen. It was a big disappointment. The receptionist told me they had been open for over 7 years. It has been closed for about 18 months with a change from Premier Inn to BW. The refurb did not extend to the room I stayed in. The original lobby was refurbed but is not used... The menu was limited, and even then items were not available. My final choice came with a vegetable of the day - peas! I had ordered a steak, but was told I they were all out of this. So I reverted to Steak & Ale pie, but I was informed as they didn't have steak they couldn't therefore provide a pie with steak! He found out that in fact they could, and so I was given my uninspiring evening meal. The chap opposite had to collect his own cutlery, and most of the individuals in the bar looked disappointed and bored - zero atmosphere it what was previously a buoyant location. This will probably be my last stay, which is sad given the many good times there under Premier Inn.

Property grubby and in need of full refurbishment. Ony 1 member of staff manning the bar and restaurant. Poor menu, food edible, nothing special. Rust in bathroom around taps, no toilet paper in bathroom, had to ask for it. Bed clean but uncomfortable. Breakfast, continental was just packets of cheap items, had to queue to make your own hot drink. Hot breakfast okay but they can't cook a poached egg properly. Definitely WON'T stary again.

Ok for the money

I hadn’t fully appreciated when I booked that this was basically the only building and there was nothing else. This worked for us as we were looking for some peace away from lots of people to start our holiday. We had dinner in the pub which is part of the hotel. The food was nice & service was good. It’s a few minute drive to Knutsford, we took a drive down but didn’t park. It looked nice. The room was fine - but it was warm - I kept the windows open the entire night - which was fine as, as mentioned before, it was really quiet there (other than planes taking off or landing). I would consider staying here again if flying from Manchester. We found it to be very affordable.

The room looked old and in need of a makeover. The room smelt musty when we entered it and the curtain rail fell down when we opened the curtains. The breakfast was excellent though.

Not a bad hotel restaurant wasn't up to much waited ages for a meal when it came the fish and chips were shocking like a kids portion complained about it don't think they was bothered waiting ages again for breakfast next morning in end had to ask them to take our order as we had a flight to get

Friendly staff at the hotel. Breakfast was good. The place could do with a refurb a lick of paint.

Great property, plenty of parking and staff where amazing!

A lovely comfortable room for a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean and tidy and a reasonably powered shower with plenty of hot water. The only disappointments were the slow bar service and unfortunately the food wasn’t worth waiting for, although it was served hot it was tasteless and mediocre for the price!

Staff we very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is having better options of coffee with breakfast as only option is instant coffee either percolated or turning on the coffee machine would be really nice.

It is what it is basically. Very nice pub. Lovely staff. Rooms are well overdue a facelift but it was low budget and served a purpose. If you want a cheap stay then fine. My advice to the owners is to upgrade the rooms a little and charge a little more as it could be a lovely environment with potential
