The secure, allocated , on site parking is a definite added bonus within central Windsor. We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor with its own entry and private garden. Check in and out was simple with good communication from the host.
The 1 bed appt was clean and well equipped and the welcome package of fresh milk, juice (and bottle of wine) along with tea, coffee and sugar were an added bonus. The lounge/kitchen diner also had a pull out sofa bed. Even though we stayed on Fri and Sat nights we didn’t find it was noisy , but enjoyed a good sleep in a comfortable bed.
Do not hesitate to book a stay at Cavendish House - it has everything you need within walking distance. A fantastic base to see Windsor and surrounding area.
We will definitely stay here again !!

We booked a 2 bed apartment. One room had a single bed. However we’re truly delighted to have an upgrade to a huge and spacious 2 double bed (and en-suite). And a balcony ! It was a wonderful break- right in centre of Windsor and 5 mins to Castle. Parking on site. Secure also. Requested a slightly later check out which was granted too and could leave car parked until we left (car park next door was £7 per hr so this was also appreciated). Host super helpful and efficient.

Absolutely fantastic 3 night stay at Cavendish House!
Good things: Clean; had a well equipped kitchen ( the milk, orange juice and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise!); communication with Chris was excellent; secure onsite parking was a big bonus; location is great - walking distance to Waitrose and all the shops/restaurants/castle/train station
Bad things: NOTHING!
Would recommend to anyone going to Windsor to stay at Cavendish House, we know we will definitely be back

Do not hesitate to book a stay at Cavendish House - it has everything you need within walking distance. A fantastic base to see Windsor and surrounding area.
We will definitely stay here again !!

Flat was a perfect location in Windsor! Very clean, host was lovely and quite helpful and responsive. The only thing that makes this not a perfect score was the lack of extra blankets available (for bed and throw blankets for couch), lack if hangers in closet, and woukd be great to have a bench seat in shower

Fabulous apartment within a stones throw of Windsor Castle, with the added bonus of a dedicated private parking space. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, and very comfy beds. The communication from the host was excellent. We had a fabulous 3 night stay.

This is a property in a phenomenal location that is ideal for families. It’s a very easy and quick train ride into Paddington Station and the Windsor location allows you to explore Windsor and Eaton by foot. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options.
The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze.

Added bonus of an off street parking space and a 2 minute walk to the castle and town made it the perfect choice.

What a little gem of a place to stay. Chris the landlord kept us well informed from the moment we booked and was always quick to reply to any query.
The apartment we had was situated on the ground floor with its own entry door. there was a lovely private garden for this apartment with a small bistro table and chairs.
The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could want. plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and a bottle of wine.
You have your own allocated parking space so no problems if you go out in the car. your space is aways there.
The location could not be better, take a few steps up the side of the property and you are on the main street of Windsor with the castle right in front of you. Plenty of shops and restaurants are located within easy walking distance.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Windsor. (bus available right into Legoland from the main road)

We tend to use flats when we go away as a family with 3 children 1, 4 and 6. Really clean property. Thoughtful extras dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee, milk, wine, orange juice.
Property had a bit of minor, understandable, wear and tear.
Excellent communication from the hosts/owner.
Fantastic central Windsor location, literally a few steps from the castle and the river. Great for little legs.
Ample bedding, pillows, towels. Good sofa bed. WiFi good speed and smart TV for the kids to watch all on demand stuff they like.
Due to central location is a bit noisy on a Saturday night, but good secondary glazing to help with that. If you want complete peace and quiet not the right choice. If you want lots of restaurants and pubs in walking distance and to be close to the castle this is the place.
