Central London 2 Bed Riverside

We stayed at the Vauxhall property. It was simply a "bait & switch"! what it is advertised is not what you get. Looks gloomy! The construction is the same, but the pics are NOT what you will see when you get in nor the furniture or amenities offered. Pictures were maybe taken when the property was first purchased/advertised? The place was not even cleaned properly. 'Webs' of dust 'adorn' the entire place. Pictures show a comfy sleeper sofa in living area: you'll get a cot with a thin mattress fully stained from previous visitors. The company site states words like "Premium linens (that do not fit the beds and have stains), washing machine-dryer (which drainage was not even connected to be used), welcome pack (from all previous left overs from past travelers). I guess, the COVID sanitation (is it meant for the two masks left in the nightstand drawers-were those even new?), TV does not even turn on and looks broken, but they were sending a 'new remote'. Even, if you report broken things and issues to the company, the answer you will get is that "it's been dully noticed. Not what we were expecting nor what we got for what we paid on vacation. The areas around were the best for eateries, groceries, and transportation. Will not come back nor recommend to other travelers. Company must review advertisement bc it does NOT meet high standards. BTW, they let you know that you can say something about cleanliness by the time you are about to check out. How convenient and disappointing :|

Good location for New Years! Very close to to the tube, groceries and lots of food options. Washer/dryer was very helpful! The key pick up is a 10 minute walk.
