房東回覆得好快 唔知係唔係住地庫嘅關係比較多塵

We have not enjoyed our stay, tv channels would not tune in. WiFi would not work. Only 3 lumpy pillows for 4 family members. Sofa bed so hard it was almost a possible to sleep on. Bugs found crawling around. Dirty stains on sofa bed. Apartment looks very tired. Marks stained table top. Dirty dusty iron. Holes in bathroom wall, filled with toilet paper. Stayed up trying to secure better accommodation. Found a travel lodge, booked it and vacated straight away. We informed the host and he hasn’t even bothered to reply!

Lugar péssimo e minúsculo. Não é apartamento, é um quarto de menos de 10 metros, sujo e com cheiro insuportável. Banheiro pequeno, piso quebrado e porta do box quebrado. Cama desconfortável e sofá cama mal dá pra dormir, pois é dura demais. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Na mesma hora entramos em contato com a Hoteis.com e não tivemos qualquer solução

Le séjour s’est bien passé. Le logement est neuf, fonctionnel et bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes de la gare de Saint-Pancras. De nombreux commerces se trouvent aux alentours. Le quartier est calme. Nous n’avons jamais été enquiquinés en regagnant notre logement le soir. L’hôte est à l’écoute et disponible. Seuls bémols : la chambre se trouve au deuxième étage et les sanitaires kitchenette au premier. Ce qui contraint à emprunter l’escalier commun de la maison. Nous avons également été dérangés par des locataires d’un autre appartement, particulièrement bruyants un soir.

The instructions to enter the property were clear and it was easy to "check in". The room itself was fine and fairly clean. Kitchen utensils needed a wash before being used. There was no advertised possibility to change linens or towels during the stay. The "kitchen" was generally too small to prepare anything except microwave meals, and not equipped for it. It was more a hotel room than a studio apartment really. Road outside was very noisy throughout the night.

Mainly I do not understand the picture used, definitely misleading. Please simply show that it is a small bedroom otherwise entering the room is really disappointing. Also the check-in instructions were not at all received, and fortunately my daughter had a local phone to reach the guy who had sent me one message on my international mobile but he never answered to my messages. We found out how to enter the building once in front of the wrong building! The address is wrongly written in your reservation page, please avoid this unnecessary hassle by writing "1 Swinton Street" instead of "2 Swinton Street" which is across the street, and neither has signs of City Apartments Kings so definitely good courtesy to write proper check-in instructions and address.

Need to improve cleaning conditions but the place was well located and close to St PANCRAS Station

The apartment was very tiny for four adults. Andwhen I booked it said in the description that it was up to for up to six people. Therw was a good comminication on whats app. Everything worked easy. One of the bedsofas was old and very uncomfortable and the fabrics was very dirty so that ought to be exchanged. Modern small bathroom and kitchen equipment.

Väldigt litet för 4 personer. Gick knappt att sitta 4 st vid bordet och äta frukost. Väldigt dålig ljudisolering med tanke på att det går en hårt trafikerad gata utanför. Dålig ventilation och varma dag är heller ingen bra kombination. Det bästa var nog duschen. Nej, kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta boende. Vet dock ej hur det är på de övre våningarna då markplan.

Bathroom really small with very small sink. No hot water in sink and a bit unpredictable in the shower. One was a luke warm shower half way through! Water started hot but didn’t stay that way! About 10 min walk from King’s Cross. The person who checked in was friendly and helpful.

Really great hotel. The room was really a small apartment. Great for visiting London. Clean and thoughtfully arranged. I'll be recommending this place. Thank you!

la personne qui loue (qu'on n'a jamais vu) a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser un adaptateur ayant certainement l'habitude des français qui les oublient. Cependant, j'avais spécifié avoir des problèmes pour me déplacer et pour monter les escaliers. Je souhaitais donc un appartement au rez de chaussée ou à maxima au 1er étage. Il nous a donc placés au sous-sol où il fallait emprunter des escaliers très étroits, beaucoup plus galère que si on avait été placés au premier. Mais soit! Quand nous sommes arrivés la télé était allumée et comme nous sortions nous avons cru bien faire en l'eteignant mais nous n'avons jamais pu la rallumer ensuite! Nous étions 4, il manquait 1 bol (pas si grave) et nous avions une minuscule poêle pour cuisiner. Les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment au réel. Les travaux ont dû être faits à la va-vite car c'est clinquant mais pas très bien fait. La salle de bain quant à elle dégage une odeur de moisi et de renfermé car bien sûr au sous-sol pas de fenêtre dans la sdb. Je me serais contentée de tout ça si seulement le prix était raisonnable mais quand on debourse près de 900€ pour 3 nuits (soit 300€ la nuit) on s'attend à un standing bien supérieur à celui-ci !

Close to transportation and food. Small space, thin walls and floor, and was not informed we would be in the basement.

This apartment was very nice for a quick stay. However the pictures lead you to believe it's closer to Kings Cross Station than it actually is. It's about a 10 minute walk from the station, which was unfortunate because we booked it so that our kids didn't have to walk very far. There was a lot of trash on the street and you could hear footsteps and talking above you. The food on the street was very limited, but there are lots of delivery options around. just not very convenient with children. The communication was great though! Joe was able to help us with the check in process and it was very smooth and easy. The property itself felt very clean and comfortable. lots of extra pillows and had all kitchen essentials.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment. Clean, comfy, big enough for three people and close to St Pancras. The owner, Joe, has been really helpful. We would definitely come back!
