Enjoyed our stay lovely staff friendly helpful would stay again

Aunque dijeran que se puede estar sin aire acondicionado, realmente no es así y se duerme muy mal porque hace mucho calor en la habitación. Se dispone solo de un pequeño ventilador, que apenas te alivia el mal olor que hay en el baño porque no hay ventilación, ya que las habitaciones están bajo tierray el calor que hace, sobre todo para dormir. No limpiaron en las cuatro noches de la estancia la habitación ni una vez

We had prepaid, checked in but did not stay. The

Friendly staff. I thought the room was lovely, spacious, decent toilet roll and shower products/towels...but the bedding wasn't great. Bed was very stiff, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Woke up a couple of times sore from the stiff bed.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful in pointing out places for eating and drinking. Tidy and clean and very reasonably priced. The lift wasn't working while we were there which was only an issue when carrying cases.

An excellent location and modest price made this a winner for me and it’s LGBT friendly too. Good communication and really helpful receptionist helped me to my room with my invisible disabilities 10 minutes walk and your in central Liverpool

2 night stay. Had an event to attend in city. Great room - yes not windows (better as v little noise!) room does what its says, clean tidy and everything needed for a short stay.

Nice spacious room with large comfy bed. Just 10 minutes walk to the city, and convenient car park at philamonic hall 1 minute away. For the price its great.

There was some hairs on the bed, great otherwise!

Asked for photo ID on arrival no info in email when booking was done.

It was not clear that this is a hostel, other listings have "Hostel" in the title, I would have never booked it if i'd seen that. Had to present ID to check in that they then copied, credit card required because I might damage a door. The room "Superior" double, was poor, freezing, and a lot smaller than the picture showed, the bathroom door couldn't even open fully as it hit the bed, which blocked one side of the bed off, you can't walk proper around the bed because it so tightly squeezed in. If your desperate and no other cheap option then ok, but otherwise be prepared for it.

Simple but does the job. I was in a single basement room for the weekend, which was perfectly ok.
