職員有禮，整間酒店是很裝修，房間簡潔舒適，自餐式早餐款式簡單合適，份量足夠，整體滿意。

地點極為優越，距維多莉亞火車站僅咫尺之遙，出站走路三分鐘就到，方便搭乘火車來往蓋威克機場及地鐵通往市區各景點。房間雖小但床鋪乾淨舒適，惟因係地下室無窗，空氣流通較差，早餐亦稍顯貧乏，只算冷早餐，無現做熱點。以後有機會來維多莉亞站附近進出，此店還是可以考慮。

5 min walk to Victoria station, staff nice and helpful. Reasonable price and reasonable room size. No laundry available inside hotel.

No refrigerator

Pros: Offered simple breakfasts which were good enough for us. The hotel room was sufficiently spacious for us to, e.g. open our suitcases altogether. Location was great - a few minutes walk from bus station, underground as well as coach station. Cons: The bed sheets and blankets were not changed during our stay. The pillows were too soft as if non-existent. Wi-Fi reception in our room was very poor and we really could not use it during our stay.

房間比較細, 有些日子執房的人員沒有洗杯及加添面紙, 走廊好窄, 每天早上出入都要側身而過因清潔車在, 幸好有電梯及近Underground.

We stayed at underground room at "0" level. The room is not too small but with bad smell and a lower staircase at toilet entrance almost made me fallen down. The overall experience is fair. However the breakfast was quite delicious.

Recommend to the travellers who plan to visit outside London and join local tours as it is very close to coach and train station.

Air condition was leaking water

It was nice hotel and close to the most popular place specially near bus station. When I leave just took the bus to the airport.

Perfect for 1 adult and 2 children. Well equipped with everything you need for a night or 2. We were on the first floor, facing the main road and didn't hear much traffic noise. Would definitely recommend.

Very close to the station and room was comfortable and tidy.
