Lovely place to stay will return

I was visiting a friend in Weston and booked to stay in a single room at the hotel, when I arrived I was greeted by Sam who took me through all the door codes I would need to get in and out and he told me he had upgraded my room to a double, I was only there for two nights so didn’t see Sam again. The room had a very comfy bed, tv, kettle and enough tea, coffee and hot choc to last a week, the toilet and shower were both very clean with 2 sets of bath towels and hand towels. This is a budget friendly guesthouse which was perfect for my requirements.

Lovely place to stay close to bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the sea front. Its five star's from me ..

Bed was uncomfortable, walls very thin and could feel the bed moving when someone was walking along the hallway. But location is great, staff very nice and room and bathroom clean.

Afar ódýr gistikostur i Weston. Húsið er gamalt og hljóðbært, talsverður hávaði barst inn frá götunni, en að öðru leyti var mjög gott að gista þarna. Gestgjafinn, Ssm, vildi allt fyrir mann gera. Ekki er boðið upp á morgunverð, en kaffihús og veitingastaðir eru skammt undan.

Very welcoming and friendly

The host was very polite very clean but our room was at the front and it was very noisy with the traffic bit overall we had a fantastic stay

Sam, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating when I arranged to check in before the designated time. Although the property is not manned as such, no reception, Sam greets guests for check in and goes out of his way to be welcoming. The room was clean, plenty of tea/coffee etc. and the bed was comfy. Also, very reasonably priced. There is no kitchen/dining room, but everything you could ever need is just a short walk away. 10 out of 10.

Hossam was a very friendly and patient host. The property is well situated in terms of public transport links and good access to all amenities. The wifi is good as is having a communal fridge.

A very beautiful amazing place to stay , very clean spacious and homely feel. The Gentleman that checked us in when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay at the Elm tree guest house would highly recommend to family and friends and definitely will stay again. Thankyou.

Elm Tree met every requirement I had as a solo holiday maker needing a room and nothing more. I found it to be a very clean place and it was useful to be able to access and use the room the room easily a any time during my stay. I would certainly be pleased to stay there again if circumstances allow..

Sam was extremely cordial and accommodated for our early check-in. The property is both close to city centre and the train station and only 10 minutes walk from the pier.

Second time of staying at this lovely little guesthouse. Ideally situated, rooms clean, warm and comfy. Friendly welcome from the host and very helpful with carrying our cases to the room. Main and bedroom doors are coded so no keys required which we found ideal. Highly recommend The Elm Tree

Excellent, personalised check-in and service from the owner, who got in contact prior to arrival to ensure he was on site after our long train ride. We were upgraded to the family room, which was much bigger than my wife and I we needed, but nevertheless, an unexpected treat. Thank you very much!

I came with my 2 sisters for her 70 th birthday . Benny was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable, maybe a few new pillows . So much tea coffee and milk in the room, with a fridge on the landing . Excellent value . And thanks to Benny .

I booked this with no big expectations, for the price i expected less basic than basic. Soon as the guy opened the door to our room, we were pleasantly shocked. Bathroom is on the small side, but perfect for what you need to do in there. Bit of a squeeze with 2 people in there at the same time but we never had a problem. The bed is very comfortable. Has a proper fridge in the room which was amazing because we love ice cold water. Even had a fan which was welcomed massively because the weather was definitely hot! Has tea and coffee facilities and proper mugs. Entry to the building is keypad so no keys which was actually so nice that we didnt need to worry if we had keys/cards. No breakfast facilities but that didnt bother us, there is plenty of cafes etc around within a few minutes of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we've paid over double the money for a room before with less facilities and will definitely book again

Greeted by very friendly staff. Accommodation is in a excellent location very close to beachfront. Lots of cafes restaurants and shopping high street. Rooms were spacious and.clean with all facilities we needed. Hi Bly criticism is the mattresses need changing on the double bed far too soft
